    The innovator's gift also adds another dimension to Jobs to be done. It's a disruptive strategy that would lead to disruptive innovation the I see it. Thanks for the contents, this was highly insightful

    Did not get the idea behind 'dont make a better drill bit, make a better homeowner' is someone able to help?

      It means when building a product try to understand the deeper needs from customers. They drill holes so that they can use hooks to hang paintings, and they hang paintings in order to decorate their homes, why? Because they want to be a better homeowner.
