Hi. Just wanted to say here that after discovering the 'Lean Canvas' model by Ash , my role as a PM evolved in leaps and bounds. This guy has been an inspiration. Thanks .
Ash, I have been in manufacturing and supply chain industry for many years and I have implemented TOC based planning and scheduling systems for large manufacturing customers. This is the first time, on your webinars and blog, I have seen the application of TOC and Lean principles to software product development. This is very useful for a person now going into product development in the e-commerce industry. Excellent work! I appreciate the refrain and references to cognitive biases along the way. That by itself makes or break many a project.

I think Ash is the best of the Lean Startup Movement. He really gets how to do things and makes things straightforward.
