    My father is a retired professor in astrophysics, and I have an engineering degree.
    It is refreshing to hear someone who understands numbers. Who can interpret the dimensions and patterns arising from the data.
    I do have to give Eric a lot credit as well, I thought he was solid on CBC.
    I can’t stand pollsters trying to interpret their own data. In physics, you are either focused on running the experiments to the highest degree of accuracy, or you are theorist. You can’t be both.

    I can't stand hearing Trudeau speaks. Same with Freeland. They have lost all credibility. Sooner they both leave (and take Gilbaut as well) is the only survival option for the Liberals. Trudeau is done last year.

    It’s not lol it’s literally one Nanos poll. Which is always a massive outlier lmao

    I like Nano’s polls. We need more of those so that JT would stay as the leader of the liberal party past next genera election. We really have to hold him accountable for misery and pain he caused for vast majority of Canadians.

      He caused misery & pain for the vast majority of Canadians? He saved us from the pandemic. Canada had the second lowest COVID death per capita rate in the G7 behind Japan a country that already had experience with prior Asia Region pandemics.😂😂

      @@Sam19509same as Sweden that doesn’t lockdown and didn’t cause suce amount of division and toxicity in our society. Oh the saviour, common man! He killed Canadian spirit and brought us on the knees! Unconstitutional decisions one after the other! Trudeau has to go ! We are not a monoparty democracy

      @@mumbai3899 lol Japan didn’t have to lockdown because people in that country already mask when they are sick and stay at home instead of going to work/school spreading viruses. They established a culture to fight pandemics long before COVID. Trump mishandled the pandemic and 1m+ Americans died many after a vaccine came out. Canada compared to other G7 countries did extremely well because Trudeau didn’t politicize masking and sent the military and Federal resources whenever a hospital or Longterm home in the country was extremely overwhelmed. The decision to lockdown was solely the provinces and their Chief Medical Officers decisions same with rolling out the vaccine in pharmacies, hospitals & vaccination centres in their respective jurisdictions.

    This is a great time for Philippe to enter the US election projection game, since the big players in that market have all now been captured by ideological entities (which is a big part of why Nate Silver is no longer at 538).

    I doubt they would actually believe in the nanos other than for press points and twitter rants. I'm sure liberal internal polling is quite bad. I personally believe nanos developped his method of "rolling polls" more for monetization than accuracy. It's every week, he's got his podcast, his gig at CTV etc. Keeps him employed.

    The Nanos poll follows a pattern, they release each week a 250 sample and it always starts lower for the conservatives and gets higher through their polling cycle.

    To really prepare for the next election, the liberals need to have a new leader. This winter will br crucial for the liberals they will either tank which is probable or might get a bump. Either way the Trudeau Government is tired and have a record after 9 years in office that doesn't lie either positive or negative. I think it will be a small majority conservative government, not a landslide.

      @kekwayblaze3176 4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      No. Even a year is a lifetime in politics. You have to remember the pollsters in Canada got it wrong the past three federal elections when they predicted the underdog Justin Trudeau would lose the federal election against the current CPC leader at the time who polled higher. That's why nobody should take what pollsters in Canada say when they are notorious for being wrong most of the time and certainly they got it wrong the past three federal elections.

    If female politicians are getting death threats, that is already illegal, show us the evidence, and prosecute. Don't whine, and cry woe is me, poor little politician getting more benefits, and perks than normal folks could dream of. Funny where women stick their nose in, drama, and hurt feels always seems to follow. Lucky where I work there is no such problem, we tell each other to eff off when it's deserved.

      You are so ill informed. Those Lethbridge cops were found guilty of harassment, yet the crown would not pursue it.
