    Nice video mate! Just a suggestion... instead of electrical tape it's better to use heat shrink tubing. Snug fit once you apply heat and it does not unravel. I use it on all of my electrical wiring projects. :)

    Hi mate I bought a 350nwith this same swrich installed and I thought it was broken until I heard you say you have to turn the car off for it to work haha.
    The only thing is I feel with the traction control on , VDC and slip lights gone, my car feels sluggish and even when trying to accelerate it barely will.
    Is this because my welded dif is interfering with it?

    • @HustleGarageTV
      @HustleGarageTV  9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      That’s very interesting, I don’t think a welded diff would make a difference. But it does have a chance too cause sensors would be confused as to what’s happening hahaha

    Whats the difference between this and the stock turn off stability control button ?

    • @HustleGarageTV
      @HustleGarageTV  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Shteryo Shterev the stock VDC off button only turns off traction control, but the stability control is still there. The stability control kicks in when it senses the car having an angle while drifting, and kicks it back, making it very unpredictable and scary. This cuts out everything except ABS, which makes it more predictable and under your own control of the car without having the ecu snapping the car straight while you’re sideways which can end up with the car heading straight into a wall

      Oh right, this doesn’t eliminate the “stop lamp” that allows you to do burnouts, this only eliminates the throttle cutting out when you’re sideways. You’ll want to link the cable behind the glovebox to a switch, this is the “stop lamp” cable that is connected to the ecm, that will allow you to do standstill burnouts/left foot braking etc. this only allows you to have better control of the car when you’re drifting
