I had a guy give me the fixer plan tonight. He was selling it for 1000 caps and I asked him if he could drop it down and he just gave it to me. So many cool people in this community.
Yesterday I had a guy drop me a 3 star legendary fixer. I asked him if he knew how to get the fixer plan or the weapon and he showed me how. I did the encryptid event, but didn’t get the plan. All I got was a plain fixer. No legendary version. So he dropped me a 3 star legendary he had. Definitely cool people In the community
Some guy dropped me 2 fixers and just told me to hold onto them. I gave one to my buddy and kept one for myself just hit level 40 to use it. He also gave me mutations and I soon learned about nuka grape so I’m having so much fun

My best 5 would be , Fixer, railway rifle, holyfire/ enclave plasma rifle with flamer barrel ( absolute beast), autoaxe with electrified mod( chainsaw is brilliant also ) and the cremator . Plasma caster is also pushing for top 5. No 6 or 7 would be Tesla rifle but although I'm a bloodied build I would only really use a quad for moonshine and rad rumble. What is so brilliant about the railway is how cheap it is to craft ammo for it and the sheer damage it can output. I have e a quad , faster fire rate , less ap cost railway and it shreds bosses . Oh and come on... Choo Choo...
@@travisedwards9983 true it is a vats only gin but way cheaper to maintain and craft ammo for plus the damage cannot be ignored I crit for 1600 with my railway and not wl damage ranges from 500 - 900 per shot which takes supernatants out with one head shot. Don't get me wrong .. tesla is great !! But for every day use I got to go with the railway, company tea, blight soup and corn soup.. Choo Choo pain express coming through

am i the only one that kinda hates the bloodied meta? like why do enemies scale up so massively in defense but damage wise do almost nothing in most situations like the devs literally intend for u to be a bloodied build
I think it's a fair risk vs reward trade off. I have a full health build that is super chill and does good damage, and I have a bloodied build for max damage. The bloodied is super tough but the weakness is that fire and poison can really mess me up if I'm not paying attention. I run heavy guns in power armor btw
I run a bloodied build but only perk and serum wise I find that on commando I use aa weapons and bosses quad after they changed bloodied to additive I prefer the other leg mods bloodied is like number 3 for me

I went to the white springs station to grab the poster, checked the donation box and found the fixer inside. Idk if I’m like super lucky or that just happens but shit was hype
Honestly just about any gun can be good with the right build but there are standouts for sure. Holy fire, enclave plasma flamer, cremator, railway rifle, and the auto axe to name a few.

While the initial hit of the explosion got nerfed, it was a strongest weapon contender because of its DoT damage anyway and the ability to scale that DoT, which they actually buffed even more so as compensation for nerfing the initial boom.
the railway rifle is the best weapon in the game, insane damage, easy to use and make a build for it, easy ammo to craft being just steel, dont even need bloodied build for it to be good

Nice video, but for plasma caster I would use calibrated reciever instead, it adds 100% crit dmg to crits. Alongisde using uny armour to get 33 luck(so your crit meter fills evert 1 shot) I would use critical savvy and better criticals. This will make it a very strong V.A.T.S weapon

Old time Fallout series vet here but never tried fo76, just started during the Steam sale and even tho i have thousands of hours of the other games this one is so different and theres SO much to learn.. Currently, not really knowing which way to go but i think ill go the heavy gunner bloodied route with some melee thrown in there.
why not holy fire over flamer. It's the same thing but holy fire just does 25% more damage plus having pretty much bis perks automatically. Good to roll an anti armor version as well
Legend perks on that fixed build: why have power sprinter if you’re not running PA? Seems redundant. Also a Bloodied Explosive is better with Demo Expert in Intelligence
My new favorite weapon is the aristocrat cremator with the weapons mods and perk cards I am getting 278 damage and 1359 burn damage for 12s only down side it uses 5 fuel per shot
I wish the perk cards were somehow better explained. I thought that Better Criticals, and Critical Savvy only works if you are specifically using it in VATS. So useless for a chainsaw?
This is the second video. I've watched where you told people to find things where they cannot find them. What toga station does not sell the dual bar. You have to find the dual bar from Charleston and other vendors on the left side of the map. Watoga only sells the longbobar and the flamer. As far as the other video goes, you were talking about the enclave. Plasma flamer and how you should be getting the stabilized flamer barrel.When in reality you want the aligned flamer barrel only found a watoga stationts at a .37 drop chance

lol - 10 mm pistol... set that up for the lowest ap... it's like 5 or 6 if i remember right... it's something insanely low like that. this gun and coffee will pretty much drain your 10 mm stash with almost unlimited vats.
Got a bit of a chuckle out of me when you complain about the fixer's VATs accuracy then cut to the mods and you have an inferior accuracy barrel equip.. Keep up the good work homie, just make sure you are authentic and yourself.
This...hurts my soul a little bit. Your title is heavily misleading. It is not a objective look at the weapons and deciding which is best overal for each category. It is a subjective list for people who use way too much V.A.T.S. cause it was only V.A.T.S. the entire time.

Running lone wanderer is a huge nerf to any build. Its so easy to join a public team.
I would replace the Tesla with the railway

Power armor is better than bloodied

it would be great if they added more build options with high trade offs, though at this point i doubt we'll see any major meta changes

Is the fixer not a guaranteed drop from the mission? did mine a day or 2 ago after I reached lvl 50 and got it as a reward
No is not a guaranteed drop in the event it has a sample reward drop rate
Use grenadier in perception to make the Tesla rifle bounce from enemy to enemy even more and further.

You can vats with power tools but after 3 crits you have to re engage vats

I'm pretty sure I've found the chainsaw dual blade mod several times at Watoga railroad station. It's just that it's not always there.

I got my fixer plan from a vender they are pretty common to find in a vender not so much in events tho
