You know I'm old generation can I scream and I make faces Panama so 65 years old I have one of the top three physical builds in the gym but it's fun to see the young guys they just go through the motions
The fact that you're 65 and still have a top physique is impressive! Totally agree - without the drive in the gym, you're just 'going through the motions. Much respect for showing the younger guys how it's done!
I don't really think that "emotions" causes testosterone realese. There's too much assumptions in this statement and no proof of what is being talked. Tho I agreee that an "emotionless training" win't get as benefits, it's for different reasons, and it is just because if you really go near fealiure in the sets you won't be able to keep a straight face you got to push your limits, and this has nothing to do wiith testosterone realese. And the studies you talked about are about PED's so not really comparable.
Testosterone and emotions have a feedback mechanism; this is an absolute scientific fact. When your favorite team wins, you experience positive emotions, and your testosterone levels increase. You can Google this study. You agree right, that when your testosterone levels are high, your range of emotions is different from someone with low testosterone? If not, then you’ve just never had testosterone levels above the reference range. And if you do agree with this, then it’s simple: if testosterone changes emotions, emotions also change testosterone levels through that same feedback mechanism. Also there are a lot of the same studies about exogenous testosterone level and muscle mass increase. Dont know why you think its not really comparable.
@@NecessaryInitiation and obviouslly increase testosterone has a muscle más increase, but that doesn't have anything to do with emotions. You're always feeling emotions, even indiference is an emotion, so it really doesn't make sense to say that every emotion has a testosterone increase
@nmc-ic6tw ofcourse not every emotion has a testosterone increase, that what im talking about in video :) We should express the emotions that clearly show dominance. Negative emotions on the other hand lower testosterone levels. Anyway, I'm planning to make a whole video dedicated to the metaphysics of testosterone, so I'll probably explain it in more detail there, and you'll see how it all makes sense :) Anyway, thanks for the discussion! After all, truth only comes out through debate.
I'm just testing things out, didn’t want to overload it with scientific terms and complications. The next video is ready and will have a lot more scientific stuff, so make sure to check it out! :)
Better to separate extra stress from emotional engagement of the nervous system. In the video, I explained exactly why staying calm will give worse results
No, you still do your intensity few set(s), but you give ALL in those 1-2 sets, while not abstaining from grunting or making faces, if they come naturally
Well done video, keep them coming.
Great video
Awesome stuff! I always thought those guys in the gym were crazy, but makes sense
Keep posting man you'll get much more views 👍

Solid video but there’s a lot of oversimplification and non-science based statements

extra stress hurts recovery. i stay calm and focus on technique.

Weak sauce.

Totally!
