Cooking with added spinach turned out very well! I followed the recipe exactly except for omitting the cream (because i had none) and i added about 250g of fresh spinach and a splash of water a few mins before the end. Very fresh tasting and has a deep flavour from the fenugreek which goes very well with chicken and spinach. The spinach also makes the texture pleasantly different. I also crushed some fenugreek seeds into a powder and added that with the other dry spices at the beginning to boos

Loved it. But omitted cream& whole spices . It still was good.
@sanjeevkapoorkhazana Can we make a powder of raw spices and than add to the marination? 'Cos when you eat, you don't want raw spices to appear all of sudden in your mouth. Or can we tie'em in a piece of cloth and once we juice all the flavours than chuck'em out of the dish?
Vah, kya recipe hai! Mujhe to methi bahut achchi lagti hai, par yahaan italy mein fresh leaves nahin mil sakti! What if I use dried methi leaves? :)

Can this be cooked in pressure cooker. i have often seen that chicken if not not marinated well for 2-3 hours is not cooked well.
If not in cooker than can i keep the marinade for 2-3 hours so that it cooks well?

I sauted the methi leaves for more than 15 minutes with the onion paste but the bitterness did not go, can you tell me what should I add to remover the bitterness from this dish?
+Lorette D'souza Take fresh methi leafs in a bowl and add one tspn of salt .mix it with a spoon for 4 minutes .u can notice water is evaporating.just take the handfull of leaves and squeeze the full water of leaf.the water contain bitter taste.now u can use the leaf.
