ingredients:-
1.5 kg chicken
salt to taste
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
.150 gm curd
1 bunch methi Fenugreek
3-4 tbsp oil
.200 gm onion
whole spices
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
3 tomatoes
1/4 tsp garam masala powder
fresh coriander
