I like the N scale Japanese trains. They take up 1/4 of the area of HO and you don’t need to weather them. Kato sells a lot of buildings etc for N scale layouts
Why don’t you need to weather them?

@@lamegaming9835 I wouldn’t say extremely they definitely have some dirt and grime especially on the roof and undercarriage
I think N-Scale trains are better since their much smaller meaning you can have a much bigger set but HO Scales are still great

There’s also the fact that KATO in particular provides more background setting pieces for N scale, like bridges, buildings, and train stations like this, than they do for HO Scale.
Same I used to have an old HO scale, model railroad, and I switch to end and I can run much longer Trainz now
I had HO scale bur keep in mind N scale while being about half the size of HO isn't perfect and does come with some problems such as they aren't as common produced as HO scale it's why I went with HO in the first place because they are far the most common ones made and many more varieties of cars and such are made for that particular scale.

Fun fact: on the Yamanote line e235 they don't actually use both pantographs at the same time. They only use one of them; usually the one facing direction of travel.
I just bought a Yokosuka-Sobu line N scale train, its 4 cars! And im looking forward to buying another set of N scale trains this year.
When i was 7 i wanted HO railway, but now I'm 16 and i want N railway, because in HO i could only have 1-2 loops in room, but with N i can build railway network with diesel-rural-one-way branches, main loop with 4 tracks, radial commuter line with 3 tracks one of them for expresses, big train yard. With HO i can even dream about this. 😍
It's interesting that the vehicles of the Yamanote Line and the Tokaido Line are running side by side.
As an n scaler myself I really like that you are making videos on these, you should try to review some of Kato’s American locomotives

The coupler of the first car is used when buying an extra car and connecting it. In reality, the train runs with 15 cars, so extra sets are also sold.

Oh i miss the vending machines so much. 36°C outside and they still work and have cool drinks. And in Tokyo ( not know if its everywhere in Japan) they are on every corner. My country need to do that as well! XD Love your video! Keep making this good job! :D

Ooo I love this... the N scale Japanese trains look so cute, i owned HO but this is insanly small but i know their not the smallest scale which i believe is Z gauge
The smallest scale (to my knowledge) is T scale at 1:480

Kato should offer this in H0. Also I can’t understand why most or their Japanese h0 trains aren’t DCC ready. Tried to look for a Shinkansen but they are all not dcc or dcc ready

I think that train is a 486 Japan style green one because I saw that one online and I was like the fourth one crafty fox that was the fourth one
I can tell you the best part is you don't need any kind of glue or anything... that's the best part because I really really HATE glue on models they look really messy and messes with the immersion.
