I love the portrayal of Deathstroke here. A man turned evil and corrupt from the trauma inflicted as his days as a soldier, turning into a terrorist instead of an hired mercenary/assassin. If there is a season 2, I can't wait to see what could be done with Slade and his rivalry with Nightwing, maybe Slade, now with one eye, is after Red Hood, and Nightwing has to stop Jason and Slade in a mad dash to take down both.
This series was impressive from the first episode -- The acting, the dialog, the performance, everything all bundled into an awesome mini-series for us fans to enjoy. Thank you.

Yes! I completely agree! And it makes perfect sense with Slade, too. Especially since his serum-based healing factor can't restore his eye, or his eyesight for that eye. Although there is a bit of a cruel yet ironic twist to it; Slade losing his the use of that eye actually ended up making him stronger. It made the rest of his senses, as well as his reflexes, even sharper - more attuned to his surroundings. And this was one of the big reasons why I find Slade (aka, Deathstroke) such an intriguing anti-hero character. And honestly, the same goes for Jason Todd (aka, Red Hood) as well as Damian.

I’m in college now with a focus on creative writing and I watched this when I was a kid, and though I didn’t realize it one of my most in depth characters is basically a mix of Deathstroke and Jason in the final few minutes of this episode 😂 Anyways, not sure if it’s a coincidence or if you guys directly influenced my trajectory in life, but either way thank you, years later it’s still amazing

I think it's because when Jason Todd returned from the dead, he was traumatized and broken. He didn't care if he lived or died as long as he achieved his goals this time around: to kill criminals and get his revenge on the Joker.

People are so critical. It's not perfect, but it's definitely one of the best fan made shows I've seen. It's really well done. The acting may not always be the strongest, but you can't deny the production value. I'm excited for more episodes
This is the best and most accurate portrayal of Dick Grayson since BtAS. With far less resources you did what movies, tv shows and cartoons FAILED to do. Nearly 6 years later and this is the most fantastic Nightwing I've ever seen on-screen. Titans wasn't this good with two seasons and a room full of career TV writers. Your fight scenes weren't just amazing, they MADE SENSE for Grayson's character, the dialogue perfectly captured who NIghtwing is. It's been a while so I don't know if you'll make a season 2, but regardless, amazing job. Loved every bit of it.
I’m not even sure if you guys will see this but I’m obsessed with this series. I discovered it in 2015 and that’s when I was introduced and fell in love with the character. It honestly makes me sad you guys didn’t continue this and it sucks that DC didn’t approve cause you guys could’ve been something. Thank you for introducing to now my favorite DC character of all time.

personally this episode was the most silly to me, the whole scene where Dick does random flips to avoid bullets and (in my opinion) the overall acting in this episode did not seem on par with the rest of the series. (i might have laughed at the part where Slade cried) now dont get me wrong, i know this is fan made and to be honest the whole series is pretty damn good. if the acting was just a bit better i could totally see this series being on TV
Wow. Just, wow. It is so good that I can't describe it. Getting so much in such a short amount of time in each episode is pure talent. I was clinging to the storyline from the very beginning and I wish there was more.
Can I just say how much I love this Nightwing? The little poses he does after he takes down the guys, the way he fights using acrobatics, how his first instinct after taking down Slade was to reach out to him. Even that little 'I'm Nightwing' moment that mirrors the classic 'I'm Batman' was awesome. Thanks for making this.
I thoroughly enjoyed this series from start to finish. Every episode just got better and better, from the cinematography, to the wardrobe for all the characters, the stunning vfx, and don't let me get started on the fight scenes. Hands down the BEST fight scenes I have ever seen from a fan created project. The cast were selected perfectly, all fitting into the roles we'll and doing a great job to portray these characters. Warner Bros. should hire everyone that worked on this because this series is everything that a DC film should be, if only the DCEU films could be even half as good as this. Bravo to everyone involved, truly a wonderful creation, I am astonished 👏

2020, this show has the best Nightwing presentation ever! His personality his fighting style heck even his voice! This has to have a second season! Love it! Thinks for all the staff, cast, crew and everyone else!
The action is easy to follow and is shot competently. Watch the comparison vid I made between the 2 series comparing the fight between Nightwing vs Deathstroke in Ismahawk's series vs Titans you can CLEARLY see a difference.
Not only did Danny kinda tease a possible Season 2 in a previous "Behind the Scenes" video for Season 1, but this finale left so many questions unanswered and could actually be considered a cliffhanger. Sooo.... here goes the plot synopsis for my idea of what Season 2 could partially look like: The Joker is led to Blüdhaven (possibly due to Deathstroke's actions in Season 1), so there could be some sort of connection to what happened in this episode. However, Nightwing tries to use the Clown Prince of Crime as bait in order to lure out Jason Todd, who will undoubtedly try to exact revenge. Of course Nightwing has to stop The Joker, but at the same time tries to prevent an old friend from making the biggest mistake of his life. Handling both villains, both Dick and Bruce finally realize that neither of them has fallen the way Jason has and that they aren't so different (as opposed to what Dick seemed to think of his former mentor), hence Batman and Nightwing team up and go against their old friend and their arch nemesis. Of course, this is probably very far fetched, but in my opinion this would be a great direction the plot could go, besides the fact that this series' Joker (despite being a side character) was absolutely awesome and that I'd love to see a fully suited Batman team up with Nightwing. Either way this was a fantastic first season, so thank you for that, ismahawk! I will gladly help fund future seasons!

Well, this was much better than I had anticipated. Those costumes are literaly taken from the pages and all the competent security staff was hired in these nighclubs (I guess that's why there isn't a single one left in actual full-budget movies XD). Barbara was spot on, so was Bruce! Absolutely love Jason and Dick too! I was surprised, impressed and damn that's some quality work! The only thing that I didn't like were those scars that look reaally fake, but hey... if that's the only complaint I guess that's a win!
motina10 Ehh... Slade isn't supposed to be the average dc baddie... his potrayal is this is sketchy, he's pretty weak. Comic deathstroke would run circles around nightwing. Dick isn't supposed to have any chance whatsoever, throw in batman and you have a small possibilitiy....
What a great ending to an Epic series. I have watched this series about 20 times since it came out. This is like Arrow, and the flash. Lots of the times I watch all of the nightwing series, some of flash, and some of Arrow this series was that excellent. Keep up the fantastic work guys on all of ur videos.

In one of his five comic origins that's how he lost his eye. Expand to movies and tv shows you have nine different versions. Take your pick, none is more magically real than the other.

everything about this series is awesome! ok I'll admit it has some flaws but despite those flaws the story was a fantastic ride that kept me welmed (lol) and engaged. The ending was explosive and I wish I caught this series sooner.
I just finished episode 5. loved it!!! you should make a new series called: Nightwing v Red Hood! and in the last episode red hood should break Nightwing's arm but Nightwing keeps fighting and sends Jason to arkham and is cell-mates with joker. joker says they should work together to take Barbara away... permanently. and bam! new Nightwing series and you'll get 1,000,000,000,000's of subscribers!
Tbh I don't think Nightwing should have won that easily in a face off with Deathstroke, Deathstroke's beaten Batman before and Batman's usually only been able to beat Slade one on one after being totally exhausted and half-dead.

I think it's because when Jason Todd returned from the dead, he was traumatized and broken. He didn't care if he lived or died as long as he achieved his goals this time around: to kill criminals and get his revenge on the Joker.

People are so critical. It's not perfect, but it's definitely one of the best fan made shows I've seen. It's really well done. The acting may not always be the strongest, but you can't deny the production value. I'm excited for more episodes
This is the best and most accurate portrayal of Dick Grayson since BtAS. With far less resources you did what movies, tv shows and cartoons FAILED to do. Nearly 6 years later and this is the most fantastic Nightwing I've ever seen on-screen. Titans wasn't this good with two seasons and a room full of career TV writers. Your fight scenes weren't just amazing, they MADE SENSE for Grayson's character, the dialogue perfectly captured who NIghtwing is. It's been a while so I don't know if you'll make a season 2, but regardless, amazing job. Loved every bit of it.
Titans sucks I still think they should of gotten Ian Somerholder to play Dick.
I’m not even sure if you guys will see this but I’m obsessed with this series. I discovered it in 2015 and that’s when I was introduced and fell in love with the character. It honestly makes me sad you guys didn’t continue this and it sucks that DC didn’t approve cause you guys could’ve been something. Thank you for introducing to now my favorite DC character of all time.

personally this episode was the most silly to me, the whole scene where Dick does random flips to avoid bullets and (in my opinion) the overall acting in this episode did not seem on par with the rest of the series. (i might have laughed at the part where Slade cried)
now dont get me wrong, i know this is fan made and to be honest the whole series is pretty damn good. if the acting was just a bit better i could totally see this series being on TV
Fan made doesnt mean no budget, they had money for this. Casting was horrendous for this series.

Can I just say how much I love this Nightwing? The little poses he does after he takes down the guys, the way he fights using acrobatics, how his first instinct after taking down Slade was to reach out to him. Even that little 'I'm Nightwing' moment that mirrors the classic 'I'm Batman' was awesome. Thanks for making this.

I thoroughly enjoyed this series from start to finish. Every episode just got better and better, from the cinematography, to the wardrobe for all the characters, the stunning vfx, and don't let me get started on the fight scenes. Hands down the BEST fight scenes I have ever seen from a fan created project. The cast were selected perfectly, all fitting into the roles we'll and doing a great job to portray these characters. Warner Bros. should hire everyone that worked on this because this series is everything that a DC film should be, if only the DCEU films could be even half as good as this. Bravo to everyone involved, truly a wonderful creation, I am astonished 👏

The action is easy to follow and is shot competently. Watch the comparison vid I made between the 2 series comparing the fight between Nightwing vs Deathstroke in Ismahawk's series vs Titans you can CLEARLY see a difference.

Not only did Danny kinda tease a possible Season 2 in a previous "Behind the Scenes" video for Season 1, but this finale left so many questions unanswered and could actually be considered a cliffhanger.
Sooo.... here goes the plot synopsis for my idea of what Season 2 could partially look like:
The Joker is led to Blüdhaven (possibly due to Deathstroke's actions in Season 1), so there could be some sort of connection to what happened in this episode.
However, Nightwing tries to use the Clown Prince of Crime as bait in order to lure out Jason Todd, who will undoubtedly try to exact revenge.
Of course Nightwing has to stop The Joker, but at the same time tries to prevent an old friend from making the biggest mistake of his life.
Handling both villains, both Dick and Bruce finally realize that neither of them has fallen the way Jason has and that they aren't so different (as opposed to what Dick seemed to think of his former mentor), hence Batman and Nightwing team up and go against their old friend and their arch nemesis.
Of course, this is probably very far fetched, but in my opinion this would be a great direction the plot could go, besides the fact that this series' Joker (despite being a side character) was absolutely awesome and that I'd love to see a fully suited Batman team up with Nightwing.
Either way this was a fantastic first season, so thank you for that, ismahawk!

Well, this was much better than I had anticipated. Those costumes are literaly taken from the pages and all the competent security staff was hired in these nighclubs (I guess that's why there isn't a single one left in actual full-budget movies XD). Barbara was spot on, so was Bruce! Absolutely love Jason and Dick too! I was surprised, impressed and damn that's some quality work! The only thing that I didn't like were those scars that look reaally fake, but hey... if that's the only complaint I guess that's a win!
Very good job short as hell fan made nightwing series understood all of these characters better then Titans ever did.

Well Slade is practically Dick's Villain, He basically lives to ruin Dick's life for a long while.

What a great ending to an Epic series. I have watched this series about 20 times since it came out. This is like Arrow, and the flash. Lots of the times I watch all of the nightwing series, some of flash, and some of Arrow this series was that excellent. Keep up the fantastic work guys on all of ur videos.

everything about this series is awesome! ok I'll admit it has some flaws but despite those flaws the story was a fantastic ride that kept me welmed (lol) and engaged. The ending was explosive and I wish I caught this series sooner.

I just finished episode 5. loved it!!! you should make a new series called: Nightwing v Red Hood! and in the last episode red hood should break Nightwing's arm but Nightwing keeps fighting and sends Jason to arkham and is cell-mates with joker. joker says they should work together to take Barbara away... permanently. and bam! new Nightwing series and you'll get 1,000,000,000,000's of subscribers!
