    Bar fights ??? I don't think so !!!
At 71 years of age I moved to Geneva in 2019 and I love it here.
BTW - I'm single and chatting with the tourists AND the college students is often the highlight of my day.
Property values here are excellent, especially if you are familiar with expenses elsewhere.
This is a great small city & I plan to stay.
Hey ! They're even throwing a Solar Eclipse next month !!! How cool is that ?

The tourism doesn't cause that much crowding. It's just enough extra visitors to put some more life into the area once the students are gone. Not saying either demographic is ideal, but it's great for all the small businesses downtown. The only complaint I have is how much housing is being bought up for short term rentals. Normal families are having a harder time moving into the city, which is a con when it comes to the city's population growth potential. Definitely agree how the nightlife is thriving. People from out of town often comment on how the city really packs a nice punch for such a small place.
