55g: น้ำตาลทราย sugar
100g: วิปปิ้งครีม heavy cream
6g: ผงเจลาติน gelatin powder
25g: น้ำเย็น cold water
65g: น้ำกะทิ coconut milk
100g: เนื้อมะพร้าวอ่อน young coconut meat
Coconut sauce:
30g: วิปปิ้งครีม heavy cream
10g: น้ำตาลทราย sugar
20g: น้ำกะทิ coconut milk
1/2tsp: เกลือ salt
1tsp: กลิ่นวานิลลา vanilla extract
