I get to go here on the 22nd for my birthday! Gonna do a lot of walking. Park layout looks good so far. Don't forget to add variations in terrain and plenty of stairs :)
If you have time I highly recommend spending a day or afternoon in historical Williamsburg. Walk the streets of 1600s Williamsburg, I've never been disappointed.
@RI5E_AGAINST yeah I lived in Lanexa for a few mouths and visited Williamsburg many times. I would like to visit again but my group of friends only have enough time for busch gardens unfortunately.
Germany is my favorite area of the Park because it's got my all time favorite ride the Wave Swinger along with a kiddie swing ride, the swing rides in that area represent the fact they were made in Germany especially from the company Zierer.
It's been a really long time, but I remember a dark ride over in Ireland/France area. It was one of those "4D" experiences where you sit in a theater with chairs that tilt and feature fans and water spray effects. It was housed in a castle looking building. But keep in mind this is around Big Bad Wolf era. Interesting to see how much the park has changed from what I remember.
I think you're thinking of a ride in the Ireland area. As far as I know, it's long gone, since I didn't find any information on it when I was researching for this project, and I didn't see anything similar on my visit in 2022.
@@fidwell right. You were trying to remember if there was a dark ride over in that area, thats what I was responding to. This was somewhere in 2006-2010 time frame. I remember the Griffin still being the hot new thing the last time I went.
Your park looks great. I go to Busch Gardens multiple times a year. Busch Gardens is underrated in my opinion. Great park, with great themes and decorations. They also go all out for Halloween (Hallo-scream) and Christmas (Christmas-town). If you are planning a visit I also highly recommend you include a trip to Historical Williamsburg and Jamestown. FYI - Ireland has just the really awesome swing ride (the name alludes me atm) and then a theater, pub and shops. P.S. I hope you were able to add the animal areas!
@@RI5E_AGAINST Finnegan's Flyer! I got to ride it myself. it's pretty fun! I last went in 2022. We did visit historical Williamsburg but missed Jamestown.
@@fidwell Ah yes, that is it! Hope they add more to that part of the park but in reality the area has just a really small footprint compared to the other countries. I'll be curious to see how you handle places like Land of Dragons or if that's not really possible.
No, nothing specific. I knew I wanted to mix things up and do something non-Cedar Fair, but that was all. I took a long break and didn't try to plan anything, and eventually I just got inspired out of nowhere.

I never made that connection; that's pretty neat!

Looks like there was a 4D Cinema up until 2013.
@@hazmatcat3289 Oh gotcha. Yeah I wish I had gotten the chance to experience it, oh well!

You will find out in a couple weeks!
Were there any other parks you had in mind before Building Busch Gardens?

@@fidwell okay cool. I think a cool Park to Do would be: Nagashima Spaland. it Could Look Great in RCT. :)
That would be an interesting one for sure. Lots of very unusual and unique rides there. It might be beyond my skill level though
