Sorry but we have jury freedom here in america it is called ''Jury Nullification'''... Juries should only judge on evidence and the letter of the law, not on their feelings, nor on what the public outcome might be... Judging based on ideology despite it being legal is not fairness, that's dictation... If someone should ever find themselves on a jury, they should only remember one thing, in that they too might one day find themselves being judged by a jury, wouldn't they want to be judged fairly, not ideologically? As they say ''i'd rather be judged by twelve than be carried by six''.....
