Set oven as high as it will go, preheat pizza stone and cook on the bottom rack.
Also, par baking the pizza crust will help with that as well!

If you get a pizza/bread stone and heat it up when you heat the oven. That will help the bottom of the pizza and pie crusts to brown.

If you don’t have a pizza stone you can cook the pizza in a cast iron skillet, with a good amount of olive oil. It works great!
