Kevin, I made a cement wall with bags of dry cement. I stacked them and let the rain wet the bags and pulled the paper off when they dried. Painted the new stones different stone colors. It turned out beautiful. Have a great school year. Kevin I hope it’s a good recovery from the scorpions. Yeckkkk. I thought they were poisonous enough to run to the hospital.

Menthol gel will also help ease the pain. Drink lots of fluid, I’m sure you are. When I was young I got stung by a scorpion. The burning tingle all over is what I remember. Dad took a chaw of tobacco out of his mouth and tied it on the sting with his handkerchief. It took the sting out of the site.
I live in the desert in california and when i got stung the fire Department said take benadryl and to make a paste of water and baking soda and apply to the sting area
I got stung by a scorpion when I was about five and we lived in Texas. I had to get a shot in the center of my heel. In my memory, the shot was a lot worse than the scorpion. ~ I've never had the occasion to try it on a scorpion sting, but Ichthammol works wonders on mosquito bites! I guess I must be a little allergic to mosquitos because they make huge welts on me. Anyway... Ichthammol is a drawing agent that pulls out toxins (as well as stingers and splinters!). It's been around for ages and I doubt it could hurt to try it on a scorpion sting. It has a coal tar base, so I keep it in a baggie with a toothpick (for slicing off a bit from the tube) with a bunch of cheap bandaids to protect my clothing. Only takes a few seconds to work on mosquito bites, but I haven't been stung by anything since I found out about it, so I don't know how well it works on other bites and stings. ~ I'm really happy about the goat babies coming this winter!

Crystal from Blue Cactus Dairy goats was doing a farmer's cheese and looks relatively simple and I'm not going to lie I'm very intimidated by making cheese even though I don't have goats... Yet hahaha but I figured maybe I could practice with the store-bought milk??
