They chopped the windshield 1-1/2", to get the roof parallel to the door tops. The rear glass is stock. I met Dave, his daughter, and Kevin at the GNRS. Nice people. Another car that could be a Hot Wheels. It's got a Hemi!
I have to admit that I am jealous of your car tuning culture and if someone can explain to me how cars like this pass the certificates that I can drive and be registered because here in Croatia we do not have such beautiful and cool cars, it is difficult to get a certificate ... ie it takes a thousand reviews, documents, etc ... and I want to thank you mr Scottie for excellent shots and posts.Greetings from a car lover from Croatia!
Building a 66 right now with a 392 putting out 500 at the rear wheels. Gonna be a sleeper nothing fancy. after i get her running gonna pro charge it. And give those Hell Kats Hell that's running around town.
I'm pretty sure Kindig only chopped the A pillar and leaned the roof forward cos it originally had a rake backwards and he wanted it level or even a bit forward tilting.
My only question is why go through all the time and money just to sell it??? I see it for sale on his site for $750,000! So I wonder what the original build cost was??
Different strokes for different folks. I don't like anything other then black. This car has an old man's interior. Just my opinion tho lol. Keep up the sold content.
I hate these things just play them come on. I had a 67 GTX pretty close to this color with the 440 in it. Sold it probably like 25 yrs ago for 6700 hundred dollars and at that time that was a lot of money for that car it was a really nice car. Only thing I didn’t like was that it was a automatic. But than so many of these old dodges were. Rims on this car are why to big looks stupid to me.
