Last night for the first time I made your pizza dough and then made two 18 inche long sausage breads. The dough for each weighed 1 1/2 lbs. One was sausage and onion and the other one was sausage and peppers. My family gobbled them up! I can't thank you enough.
I made it today! Thank you! It was So good! Also made marinara sauce with my garden tomatoes and we had spagetti with homemade meatballs. My husband is Italian and said it was so good! Thanks again! I love watching you cook!
I have been craving this bread for years but unfortunately my Nonna passed in 88 so I didn't get to learn from the source. Lately I have been wanting to try and recreate a lot of her old recipes from my memory. That's how I found you and I couldn't be happier. How do you not have a million subscribers. My goodness your wonderful! My grandmother made this bread every Friday since we fasted from meat,so delicious. Thank you so so very much for your bread recipe since I had lost mine. It was so reminescent watching your video. God Bless
Hello. We just made your spinach bread for a "friendsgiving". It was great! Growing up I'd buy tomato pie in Upstate NY. Do you have a recipe for tomato pie so I can share the great taste with my kids?
Dear Italian Mama, is it OK to add Mozzarella cheese on top of the spinach saute before baking? I was just curious but I like to have your advice before I add it and mess up the whole bead. Love you! Muack muack.
1. Ditch the onions, use sausage. 2. add crushed red pepper 3. Use corn meal on the pan/sheet/pizza stone. 4. yours looks RAW...cook the damn thing until the crust is brown and crispy....Use the convection feature on your oven....425 for 25 minutes. I just substantially improved this......Try both. If I'm wrong downvote me....but...I'm NOT!!
