I've owned this watch for a few years and I'm a big fan of if. Personally, I don't think you're praising it enough😅 You say it's not the best speced watch. I don't know another watch that, for $25, has a full steel case, screw-down caseback with 100m WR, a hacking movement, and a second hand that actually hits the markers. It's also perfectly silent, which is a big issue with most cheap quartz watches. I also think you're underselling the lume. The plots are small, but for their size, they last very well and are very visible in low light. I don't see any difference between the lume of this and that on an SKX in terms of duration. Even the stock strap is very good. It's a bit stiff when new, but breaks in very nicely. The reinforced holes have also helped mine last longer than virtually every single NATO I've ever owned, without fraying. Overall, I think this is by far the best watch you can get in this price range.
