Vera, the "perfect" woman, she can cook and wash, clean the house, operate a milling machine and a pistol drill, as well as swinging on the end of a "cheater bar", even has a sense of humour, what a woman! Christian is a lucky boy alright.
I think that is the first time I have heard Christian and Vera speaking in German to each other. Another great video. Thanks for the continuing entertainment and LR education.
I always say to people who worry about locking wheel nuts, that there’s a procedure to deal with them. It’s simple. Step1 Remove all 4. Step2 Walk towards the waste bin. Step3 Lift the lid of the bin & chuck the locking nuts inside. Your life is now easier 😉 I hope your hand recovers soon Christian
I feel like Christian is the village hero we don’t know about. Like mother Germany would fail without him. Love the show guys, thanks you. Sunday mornings with the dog and a cup of coffee isn’t the same without it.
Now Vera can fix any Toyota , what a expert lady with German precision coursing thru her veins! Great video guys , get better soon Christian..TH-cam needs you !
You two are a great team! That was a challenging scenario for many reasons but together you got it done. Vera, it's official, you really can do it all! Christian, I hope your hand heals quickly. Use that healthcare system you have access to that so many of us are jealous of.
And Vera was so happy doing the engineering, more of the puppy please, and I noticed she did not stop for any food this time, remarkable. Well done Vera, and Christian of course. Loved the video.
Vera seemed to be walking just a little taller at the end. So nice that you go to help your dad's friend. Your dad probable volunteered you, " Oh my son will fix that, I taught him everything he knows." A beautiful engineering solution, really nice Christian.
Brilliant solution Christian. Vera is an amazing apprentice. Think you'll be running that camera like a pro in no time Christian. Great sunday morning viewing. Thanks again.
Hi Christian and Vera unless things are very bad in Germany nobody is going to steal those rims! My friend who is a land rover specialist was doing a similar job on a range rover this week he was saying thieves are too lazy to remove wheels these days, they are more likely to just take the car!
awesome! was fun to share the discovery of swivel head on breaker bar!! Christian, your apprentice has promise and definitely a keeper. cheers to you 2....
Excellent, well done Vera , as I said before what a TEAM effort and ingenuity. Another happy Land Rover owner . The Village have you guys / family , to help them .
Well! I think that is a good example of the tutor teaching a really perfect student! I wish my students would listen as well as Vera, and to end up with a tool to remove a pesky lock nut is a bonus. Really well done! Stay safe! Chris B.
Good evening Vera & Christian 😊 Hope your wrist heals soon 😢 Loved how Vera found how the strong arm worked 🤣 Brilliant video as always love Stevie xxx
Brilliant engineering yet again Christian, well done. I removed all the lock nuts from my Freelander 2 and my Jaguar. Nobody steals alloy wheels anymore 👍
I started watching your channel in the Philippines now I am back in the UK I shall continue to watch and enjoy...I think your both are funny and really make a video worth watching....
What a fantastic Video vera you did a great job it was nice to hear both of you speaking in German it's a pity I could not understand you👌. Christian I hope your hand gets better soon👍. Ralph from the UK
Wow! Awesome stuff! What a team, and your best production yet! Congratulations to you both, but especially to Vera who proves she is much smarter and not just eye candy, and maybe Christian can take a solo holiday sometime, girl you maybe got him worried a litle bit, who is running the show? 😊😂
Awesome job Vera, at the same time Vera is reminded how much Christian does. For the wrist, my wife insisted I do acupuncture for mine, I was sceptical, but man it really worked, along with a light electrical pulse.
This was fascinating to watch as Vera put 100% into it with great instruction! I can relate to this. Two years ago my JLR dealer over tightened all four wheel locks on our F Type after balancing the wheels. I was able to remove three of them but the fourth would not come off. I broke two wheel lock keys trying. To make it worse, the service department hinted that I was the one that somehow over torqued them! Well they finally removed the fourth one and admitted they did it. Oh and the car had a vibration after the wheel balancing so I took it to my trusted family owned tire store. Would you believe that all the weights were 180 degrees off? Amateurs!!!
Good job Vera, developing new skills all the time, and an impressive special tool to combat the ugga-duggas: My Fiat suffered from them in the distant past, but instead of seizing up the retaining bolt just stretched, necked down, and chewed the threads out of the hub. Took me 30 years to trust a power tool again. Anyway, I enjoyed that. It was entertaining, especially the bits with the dogs. Should be more German dogs on youtube, and more Freelanders. Good Luck Christian, look after yourself.
I’ve been watching your videos for quite some time now, always entertaining. This is the first time I’ve seen you slip into speaking German. That honestly just makes what you do even more impressive to me. Funny, well edited, next-level technical content and all done in your second language! I’m feeling a little inadequate right now……😂
Hi christian and vera.behind every great man is a great woman.well done vera.perfect job and well done.girl power.looking forward to next weeks episode😊😊😊
if you are not planning on reusing the wheel nut, i have found that MIG welding a large nut to the top of the stuck wheel nut is very quick and works well...making sure to attach the ground to the nut you are actually welding in order to avoid running current through a a wheel bearing or the cars electrical system.
Oh dear Christian what have you been doing, Vera is after your job now, well done Vera, I've had a problem with a locking wheel nut on a Fiesta I bought, someone overtightened it, I tried everything to undo it & ended up drilling down the side, the type that was fitted had a round rotating collar around the main nut which was hardened & I had to get a tungsten drill bit & drill that off, I got it off in the end without damage to the wheel or wheel stud
Greetings from Australia. Well done Vera, a very good job you did and I agree that there is nothing worse than being unbequem when doing a job on your knees. Christian I wish you a speedy recovery.
Well done Vera, and not to many "oh my gods". My wife has little interest in my mechanical exploits so it's so nice to see you getting stuck in. She is ambidextrous and struggles screwing in an Edison screw light bulb😂. May have trapped a nerve in the wrist so don't overdo it but still use it lightly. Looking forward to next week's offering. Vera, please protect those knees with knee pads. I didn't and my knees have had it.
Brilliant, best thing anyone can do is remove their locking wheel nuts and bin them. All you need to do now is rename the channel VM-Time as all content will now be brought to your viewers by Vera 😊 And Christian, you need to work on your camera battery skills to keep the power up👍I hope your hand heals soon and enjoy your holiday.
Lovely leafy lanes and countryside: everyone should live in places like this! The instructions for Vera are fab, you could, indeed, do this from a nice beach to rest your wrist, and rest properly :D I hope your hand recovers soon!
You have a lovely relationship both of you and I like the LR stuff. I used to work at LR Solihull but left in 1993 when the Discovery was being introduced for the first time. We had a Jungle Track at Solihull and the joke was that if a Series three with leaf springs (now known as a Defender) got stuck then a Range Rover would be sent in to recue it. If the Range Rover got stuck we would send a tractor in. But if the Tractor got stuck a Discovery would be sent in.
Another fantastic video, thank you guys so very much we look forward to seeing your videos on Sunday mornings so very much it starts our week off great, keep up all the good work both of you, regards Chris.
Vera, the "perfect" woman, she can cook and wash, clean the house, operate a milling machine and a pistol drill, as well as swinging on the end of a "cheater bar", even has a sense of humour, what a woman!

Do they speak German 😮
I think the farmer was with them & maybe doesn't understand English & they were being polite to the farmer
They also speak german very well 👍.
That tool was a masterpiece of engineering. I have a special socket set for that purpose but is not very handy.
Wishing Christian a speedy recovery!
He's German he's built tough.😅
Ah, my favourite Sunday morning Land Rover entertainment, thanks to you both.
I always say to people who worry about locking wheel nuts, that there’s a procedure to deal with them. It’s simple.

I fully agree!!! Same for any codes with radio ... only troubles - never any advantage! Write the pin code on it ...
👍 that’s the way to go
and don’t use an impact wrench for tightening lug nuts, only for removing them
I can foresee a 2025 Calendar featuring Vera working in the workshop! Perfect for every mans Garage/Workshop! 😍
😅love that idea. 💪💪💪🙋♀️
I feel like Christian is the village hero we don’t know about. Like mother Germany would fail without him. Love the show guys, thanks you. Sunday mornings with the dog and a cup of coffee isn’t the same without it.

Vera, you are a star. I have a wife who has been like you and given me support for 59 years in marriage we were farmers
😅💪💪🙋♀️
You two are a great team! That was a challenging scenario for many reasons but together you got it done.
Vera, it's official, you really can do it all!
Christian, I hope your hand heals quickly. Use that healthcare system you have access to that so many of us are jealous of.
Looks like Vera is promoted to mechanic, (and Christian demoted to camera duties) 😂
🤣🤣🤣👍👏👏
And Vera was so happy doing the engineering, more of the puppy please, and I noticed she did not stop for any food this time, remarkable. Well done Vera, and Christian of course. Loved the video.
😅👍🙋♀️
Yeah, it took me 9 months of an apprenticeship for this manual workmanship that you are training your lovely wife in 5 minutes, she does very well!
I have been trained for more than 30 years, but only 12 years on LR ‘s😅👍🙋♀️
I love this video, more Vera on camera please.
Good to see the old Freelander's still running 👍
Vera seemed to be walking just a little taller at the end.
So nice that you go to help your dad's friend.
Your dad probable volunteered you, " Oh my son will fix that, I taught him everything he knows."
A beautiful engineering solution, really nice Christian.
Vera's taking over!!😂😂
So nice to hear you speaking in your native tounge. Danke
Good to see the LR Time Automotive Medical Kit in use.
Good morning 🌄 all and, Vera is now the new director of engineering at LR Time. 🍻🥂🍾
I thought she was his special tool.
Vera is awesome.
Love her to bits ❤
My Discovery’s (3) since 2011 have had anti theft nuts and I have not had a problem ever. If I do, I will fly Vera out to fix it. 😁👍🏻🙏👍🏻
Brilliant solution Christian. Vera is an amazing apprentice. Think you'll be running that camera like a pro in no time Christian. Great sunday morning viewing. Thanks again.

awesome! was fun to share the discovery of swivel head on breaker bar!! Christian, your apprentice has promise and definitely a keeper. cheers to you 2....
When the apprentice becomes the master... Great job guys and get well soon Christian.
Christian, your patience with Land Rovers and with Vera is admirable. You are a great man and a modest man too.
That was brilliant and entertaining and educational and funny and it actually had everything needed to make a fantastic video. Get well soon.
GO VERA GO!!! Christian praying for a quick and complete recovery for you.
I want to watch you both every day, beautiful surroundings too - you seem to have a great life. Respect to you both.
Very well done Vera! Not easy doing such a job for the first time.
All the best for you both, i hope Christian's recovery goes well.
Excellent, well done Vera , as I said before what a TEAM effort and ingenuity. Another happy Land Rover owner . The Village have you guys / family , to help them .
Christian, I think Vera is 'moving in' as the star! Be careful!!!
Well! I think that is a good example of the tutor teaching a really perfect student! I wish my students would listen as well as Vera, and to end up with a tool to remove a pesky lock nut is a bonus. Really well done! Stay safe! Chris B.
😃🙏🙋♀️
Vera seems to have got younger since having the Freelander and is now rivaling Sarah n Tuned on car repairs .
The new apprentice is doing well.
Such great solutions, Christian. And Vera showing how it's done.
Get well soon Christian and we’ll done Vera , top work the pair of you as always
Go Vera. My wife pushed me aside to watch Vera doing the work on the car. She is impressed.
😅👍🙋♀️
Vera can do it all with a little support. We love you both.
look at the guns on VERA! strong
Wish you Christian a quick recovery, as always you are with your wife, the best German mechanical knowledge sharing
Did i hear vera and Christian in German... engineering at its greatest brilliant
Best service provider team forever
Vera's stock has just increased from Legend to Goddess! 😂 Great teamwork and a well engineered solution. Hope your hand gets better soon Christian.
😅🫣🙋♀️
Great work Vera you should get one of those pups and call it rover 😂👍

Working smarter and not harder, I think that’s what they say! Great work.❤

What a great video!
Absolutely loved it.
Yet another awesome episode guys!
Well done Vera... 👌👌👌
Nice to see the hills around DA again. Many happy walks there over the years I lived there.
Good job Vera, developing new skills all the time, and an impressive special tool to combat the ugga-duggas: My Fiat suffered from them in the distant past, but instead of seizing up the retaining bolt just stretched, necked down, and chewed the threads out of the hub. The girl did good. Cracking vid, thank you.
That milling/drill machine looks great little tool.
Brilliant! You're a tough little unit Vera 😂 fantastic solution to a very common problem. Thank you 🎉
