Nice, I'm new too, so seeing you use the die cutters was interesting I think I shall give it a try too!
I think you should too! 😃
I can't pick!!!! They turned out gorgeous! 😍😍😍
I completely understand! 😄 Thank you so much! 😊
Welcome 🎉... You had me at copper and leaves. Beautiful 😂❤
Awww, thank you so much! I appreciate it! 😊
Maravilloso, gran trabajo, gracias por compartirlo.😍
Thank you so much! 😁
Awesome thank you so much I really hope you do a lot more with this
Thanks so much! There are more clay projects on the way! 😃
Totally love these!! Thanks for the inspiration! Do you ever put felt or cork on the backside to help keep them from sliding or scratching surfaces?
Yay! I'm glad you love them. 😊 Happy to be some inspiration. Although I don't show it in the video, the D&T project (th-cam.com/video/tBowYzDbfpE/w-d-xo.htmlsi=cTyF4pD6tvOqzy9c) is the first time I've added cork. I sand and varnish all of my projects and (so far), I haven't experienced any scratching (from any of the projects) on my dresser, desk or shelves (that's where my coasters are currently located). However, if they were a gift or I was using it in my living room (or other high traffic space), I'd definitely add cork, just to be on the safe side.
What brand of copper paint did you use please? Copper colour is beautiful.
The finished coasters are great.
It is DecoArt Dazzling Metallics - Worn Penny. Thank you so much!
Beautiful! I love the copper & green. Where did you get your leaf die cutter?
Simon Says Stamp. It's the Clustered Leaves.
beautiful! Did the water based mod podge work as a functional coaster?
Thank you! I think I may have used these coasters once or twice. Personally, if you want something water resistant, I'd use spar urethane.
did you end up liking the mod podge? i am new as well. love your work.
The mod podge is okay. It's been a few months since this video and I am currently liking polyurethane.
❤❤❤
Thank you! 😊
