- #Natto paste 1. Use Nattomoto or Natto bacteria extracted from ready-made Natto.
2. How to prepare soybeans and Nattomoto please see my previous video (Easy, simple to make Natto)
3. Put two spoons ready-made Natto into10 ml warm sterilized water.
4. After the Natto bacteria dissolve in water, remove the Natto.
5. Add 5 grams of sugar and the Natto bacteria liquid made earlier to steamed soybeans, mix well
6. Then, grind the steamed soybeans with a pestle
7.Add some water to a rice cooker. Put in the container and set
it at "warm". Cover with plastic film with small holes on it .
8. Keep them in the cooker for 14-16 hours at 40-45 °C. When fermentation finishes, refrigerate at 4 °C or -20 °C for longer time use
