I've been recovering from a serious illness, I'm 5'7 and currently weigh 91 pounds. I'm on the "gain weight" train now...my partner gave me a trip to Japan (I leave first week of November with him) just to be the great person he is since it's been a bad year. I've been researching and it's quickly turning into "how much of Japan can I eat" . This looked so amazing, if I can find this place I'm trying everything!! Every Japanese food video I watch just makes me want to make this a straight up eating/restaurant bucket-list situation.

It takes practice, but I learned how to do it. In a restaurant I worked in, we had to use 66 eggs to make large batches of french toast batter. So yeah, you have to learn how to do it, and do it fast.

特に丼もの。最初 ”ミニがあるんだ” と思ったら、それが普通サイズでぶたっまげました!!!

I know it's an ignorant question, but its a legitimate one because i don't understand the language, and I've never worked in the food industry.i wish they'd translate it with the captions.
