I definitely wouldn't say Beerus and Whis are best friends. Whis seems very much like a reluctant mentor of Beerus's and I would even go as far to say he actually finds Beerus is somewhat annoying and lazy as a god of destruction but knows he's the best person for the job so he deals with him anyways because it's just his job. That's why as soon as he found someone else who's powers are comparable to Beerus he tries so hard to train them and convince them to be a God of Destruction

I think that’s wrong. Vegeta’s best friend is actually Goku. Yes, they were enemies once but are close friends now. Vegeta does actually care about Goku and apart from Vegeta’s family, he’s the only other person Vegeta cares about.

Bulma and Chichi have a different name, but they're not best friends at all. They're fierce rivals, as can be shown when Goten and Trunks fight eachother. They're more prideful than Vegeta even
