Hey everybody. I recently made a new version of this plot concept showing max power levels over time: th-cam.com/video/-6mdtSQ-6vU/w-d-xo.html This version reduces the amount of bar movement quite a bit since power levels only increase. I also made it so that transformations occur in-place, so you don't have bars dropping off and new bars coming in for each new transformation.

Yeah, Piccolo's base form is pretty strong because his fusions become a part of his base power. His problem is that he doesn't have transformations beyond that to keep up with the Saiyans as the series goes on.
His fusion with Kami make him really powerful. Till the ending of DBZ piccolo had the strongest base form if you think about it. Then Goku went and became a God.
I love when Tien spikes hard twice in Z, going as high as the second strongest for a split second. No transformations, no fusion, no zenkai hacks, just raw training and an OP technique
I never saw him making a comeback but he absolutely deserved it. Tien Shinhan is, skill wise, the best human fighter. Krillin wins because he stuck with it but, in reality, there's no reason why Tien shouldn't be the strongest human in the world. Plus, three eyes, except the top one never moves.
It’s pretty amazing how every time Vegeta achieves a new form or state, his power positively skyrockets then almost immediately plateaus, while Goku maintains a steady pace the entire time.

@@poopsickle2411 if you power up very quickly it will break easily, but still it differs what kind of model you use, some scouters can read power level of 500000 for example but starting glitching after that

Yes and Freiza's final form he started at 1%. 120 million is minimum for him. Goku doing 20x kaio-ken puts him in range to fight this. SSJ is a 50x boost. The show was more consistent than people realize.
I'm in the middle of a rewatch of DBZ and sometimes, as I watch the show, I think "man, if only there was some sort of showcase of the characters levels through the entire show" There it is, amazing
More like during the Freeza/Namek saga. The concept of zenkai boosts is complete inconsistent bullshit to make a character as strong as they needed to be at that point.
I mean a lot of people forget two things one piccolo went from like 4K on sayians to over a mil in frieza and gohan in one year of training was stronger than Goku training his whole life

Piccolo is the character with the most potential in the series after goku and vegeta. Its just the creators want to write him off actually they already have imo piccolo is in top 3 for the best characters in the series vegita, piccolo, future trunks. They did him dirty in dbs.....

While piccolo has allways trained hard allways thrilled to fight and allways gave 100% and the best fights possible he is such a entertaining character on every way possible. Gohan is just not a warrior thats the problem with gohan and with piccolo the creators are just lazy to push him forward as a warrior because the show have become so biased and focuse on only 1 or 2 characters they cant handle more then that they dont give a shit about the fans or dragon ball they are just completely fine collecting their money and going home thats all.
The person with the most potential would definitely be Frieza(not including the cheat code Broly). Frieza put in a year or two of training, and came out multiplying his power by an exponential amount.

@@thejhudgins Exactly. I never understood Piccolo's character change. His character was changed suddenly. He was the reincarnation of king piccolo whose heart was completely black and he always did envy goku and suddenly he befriends with him. Though Vegeta has never changed his arrogance but he became good because of his family and it was a very gradual change.

Babidi said from his power meter that his Super Saiyan was 3000 Killi, equivalent to 10x the power to destroy a planet. And Yakon has only 800 Killi. 3:29 Yeah no I’m cutting you off here for accuracy, first form frieza is 530k, 2nd form is 1 Million (Literally the episode is called that) 3rd form is somewhere 1.5-2.5 million and 50% final form is 60 million and 100% final form is 120 million, not 600,000 and 1.2 million, so unless you removed 2 entire zeros, which you did not for other characters, this is highly innacurate
Those are completely bullshit numbers, and not supported by anything from the screen, other than Freeza’s arrogant claim that “I’m only using 1% of my power”. This here is way more realistic and makes more sense.
It's interesting to see just how competitive Piccolo stayed through the entire series. I mean after a certain point he was never the strongest but he never truly fell off if these numbers are to the believed. Also weird to think that at one point Yamcha and Yajirobe were both some of the strongest characters.
Tbf a lot of it has to do with the fact Piccolo fused with people for power ups so there was no way for him to "revert" back to a less powerful form like with the saiyans, so although his PL stayed pretty high that was only because most of the time it was only compared against base form Goku, Vegeta, etc.

unfortunately at the end of namek's arc Akira became lazy about dragon ball and just cared about the saiyans and his transformations. Vegeta stealing the 'Goku rival role' for himself didn't help our fine namekian either...
@Mirosu-San I dont count the Tournament of Power as true canon, because a lot of nonsensical things happened...All the sudden Master Roshi is stronger than Tien and Krillin and like Android 18...If that was the case the whole time why didnt he defeat Raditz, or the saiyans way back when? If you're telling me training made him stronger, why has he never trained once before, ever, in the history of the series?? Their universe and planet were on the line plenty of times, and he just admitted he was of no help anymore. So the TOP was just new writers trying to make Master Roshi relevant again. I dont accept that, for all of the reasons mentioned above. To me Tien is the strongest human, followed by Krillin.

Yamcha is memed on so much that I always forget he's actually one of the strongest mortals in the universe when compared to 99% of the population. Was surprised he stayed in the top spots so long.
For real, the poor mf gets memed on a lot, but he's still a seriously powerful mortal, especially compared to the average joe. The rest of the squad has just gotten so astronomically powerful that he can't even compare anymore. Guy needs some love.

We see Yamcha as a joke simply because everyone else is fighting on the levels of gods/angels, but compared to your average human, he's miles above them (considering he went against saibamen and cell jrs). If he wanted to he could easily become a sport genius and just play whatever sport he felt like and easily win.
The official guide book has SSJ Goku from Namek saga at 150,000,000. When this guy couldn't even get that right then I knew there was no use continuing the video.
Knew it was wrong when it kept depicting Yamvha as stronger than Krillin during the first tournament after their training with Roshi. Yamcha himself states that could always hope for bronze, indicating that he knew he weren't beating either of those two kids. Plus, IIRC Nappa was about 5000 and Goku was 8000 in the manga when he arrived vs Nappa
He really should have slowed it down to a second and a half per episode and kept Goku, his 'Second', and the current villain at the very top. He also didn't need to change out master Roshi for Jackie Chun every 2 seconds.
i think he should take it off the char only when he/she/it dies or lose the power forever. for ex, when goku transforms into oozahru, hes still goku, doesnt have to appear a monkey and disapier. another ex: if a char has 100k of power and then, he get defieted, he still has 100k of power. doesnt have to disapier from the list

Honestly, I was expecting the marginalization of formerly-important fighters like Piccolo and Android 18 to be worse than it was in Super. They didn't get treated too well but at least they weren't left out completely.

I was mad how much they disrespected him on the super anime but now that i have just read the manga the full moro arc he actually got the most screen time after goku and vegeta. Even that at the beggining i though the disrespect was keep going on him, but as the arc was progressing he was just amazing you should see him and gohan on action its like batman and robin they contributed against moros henchmen and also against moro himself. I still hope he will get more shine but it was truly great to see him get respected after this long. Still hoping that they would give him that god transformation that he so much deserves lol.
In Z he was the strongest fighter a few times, During the Frieza Saga Before Goku turned Ssj and During the Android saga before Vegeta and Goku hit the Hyperholic time chamber, Piccolo also hit the time chamber himself so we already know hes stronger than a super saiyan. Piccolo trains everyday so by the Buu saga (7 year time skip) Piccolo should at least be able to take care of Perfect Cell, then you have Dbs (Years later) Piccolo is able to win againts Ultimate Gohan in a battle meaning that he is at least stronger than Ssj3 Goku

Because Akira always wanted Krillin to be the strongest human ever in his show. He stated that in one of his interviews he "felt bad for making Krillin the comedy relief death ever season so Krillin will always be the strongest human" which i think is funny because I believe Yamcha dies more then him
@@AYAKXSHI probably krillin is undefeat in deaths but you can be sure he will always have your back during battle this fool is always there no matter what. You never see Tien, Yamcha or Chiaotzu. And don't forget Yamcha died when Vegeta took Bulma from him and every time he loads a seed in her sooo. Lol

.....That would be fine if the title wasn't "Power levels" which is an exact name in the show that they use, and give SPECIFIC numbers on. Instead of going based on the shows' scale, he made up his own, confusing a bunch of people.

cell arc is insane, everyone keeps powering up, then getting rolled by cell, then powering up again Buu fight is crazy too, everyone just keeps transforming
The first time he shows great ape kid goku, he's at 900. But he puts kid goku at 50 in base. Vegeta says that the oozaru form multiplies your strength by 10x. So either base kid goku should be at 90, or his oozaru form should be at 500
Huge kudos for showing that Kid Buu wasn't the 'strongest' version of Buu, as common sense would indicate since he didn't have any of his fusions to increase his power. For those that still think he's the strongest, what they meant by him being the 'most dangerous' was because he didn't mess around eating candy or trying to fight people for the fun of it, he just destroyed stuff.

There is no power lvl in dbs it died with freeza, and he was only shocked because he didn't expect a low class warrior to be that strong because it's pure fantasy and never happened befor, and he already knew about gynu force of over 120k and freeza so

@The NEW He would be the strongest being in the Multiverse rivaling even some of the current gods. Buu is old, like very very old. Only the Angels and probaly the oldest/previous God of Destructions know the origins of Buu. It's not known how old Buu is but it is known that Buu existed before the Elder Kai meaning Buu is older than 75 million years and is could be older than Beerus. If Akira Toriya won't change what he said about the interview of Buu, then Buu would be an existence before everything came to be. Meaning he would be older than The Grand Priest and Zeno. So here's the thing. Forget about the hidden potentials of the Cold race, I'm pretty sure Buu would have a potential higher than a God of Destruction's potential. And maybe if you stretch it, he would be an outerversal being who is a threat to all of the divine beings.

Freiza's 2nd form was over 1 million, but this shows his final form at 1 million. These numbers are way underrated

It's interesting to see just how competitive Piccolo stayed through the entire series. I mean after a certain point he was never the strongest but he never truly fell off if these numbers are to the believed. In Z he was the strongest fighter a few times, During the Frieza Saga Before Goku turned Ssj and During the Android saga before Vegeta and Goku hit the Hyperholic time chamber, Piccolo also hit the time chamber himself so we already know hes stronger than a super saiyan. Piccolo trains everyday so by the Buu saga (7 year time skip) Piccolo should at least be able to take care of Perfect Cell, then you have Dbs (Years later) Piccolo is able to win againts Ultimate Gohan in a battle meaning that he is at least stronger than Ssj3 Goku

The first time he shows great ape kid goku, he's at 900. But he puts kid goku at 50 in base. Vegeta says that the oozaru form multiplies your strength by 10x. So either base kid goku should be at 90, or his oozaru form should be at 500

Huge kudos for showing that Kid Buu wasn't the 'strongest' version of Buu, as common sense would indicate since he didn't have any of his fusions to increase his power. For those that still think he's the strongest, what they meant by him being the 'most dangerous' was because he didn't mess around eating candy or trying to fight people for the fun of it, he just destroyed stuff.

Buu is old, like very very old. Only the Angels and probaly the oldest/previous God of Destructions know the origins of Buu. It's not known how old Buu is but it is known that Buu existed before the Elder Kai meaning Buu is older than 75 million years and is could be older than Beerus. If Akira Toriya won't change what he said about the interview of Buu, then Buu would be an existence before everything came to be. Meaning he would be older than The Grand Priest and Zeno.
So here's the thing. Forget about the hidden potentials of the Cold race, I'm pretty sure Buu would have a potential higher than a God of Destruction's potential. And maybe if you stretch it, he would be an outerversal being who is a threat to all of the divine beings.
