Service centre agrees that many mobiles are suffering this issue due to software update and they are ready to replace screen for free if head office VOC team agrees. But, VOC TEAM rejected my case saying that it was due to impact damage. This is completely absurd. Because the service centre has sent a report of my mobile (sought by HO team) where in they have clearly mentioned the issue as TECHNICAL ISSUE. But HO team falsely closing cases individually even though I have submitted screenshots of similar problems from Samsung members forum. Another interesting event. As soon as I told customer care executive that my display has a green line, he did not ask me if I dropped my mobile. Rather, he asked me an interesting question. DID YOU UPDATE YOUR MOBILE TO LATEST SOFTWARE PROVIDED BY SAMSUNG? Strange right? U say that ur display failed and he asks about software update. Yet Samsung pretends individually that it is unaware of this global display quality issue. Shame on you Samsung. I feel this is huge scam. There are various news articles on the internet regarding this. Samsung members forum is filled with this issue. Yet Samsung...
Redmi has also adopted this strategy. Many of their phones are dying after an update. This only happens after the warranty period. I think, the other companies will also follow this trend.

Moto g 5G also use SD750 but performance is butter smooth because of stock android.Up to 11 old task remain in memory and you can access them even after 5-6 hour.
Samsung is having this side mounted fingureprint issue for years...I am having samsung's first side fingureprint phone a7 2018 and I faced this same problm within 6 months from buying and now in this phone 😢 in my opinion do not consider samsung phones with side fingureprint sensor!❤
This is one of the best phones with ticks for all imp features. 1) 6 GB ram/128 GB space with SD card slot 2) Decent Camera 3) Future Proof - 5g - 12 Bands 4) NFC- you can do payments without carrying your debit or credit card 5) FM radio + 3.5 mm Jack- Great company while travelling in city 6) Fast Charging None of the phones will have these features together be it high end or low end. I believe Samsung will stop the production of this phone :(
Moto G 52 will be quite good compare to this. Difference is F23 provides 5g while moto is 4g . But moto G52 is almost ₹1.5k cheaper than f23 . Btw 4g will be there for next 8 to 9 years without any problems. Also 5g network launches in big cities first. So it will take too much years to upgrade all over remote areas . If you are traveler kinda person or lives in small towns then 4g still preferable for you. Fun fact - 5G projections are projected to reach 500 million userbases by 2027. By this time, the 4G subscriber base will decline, but the number will still be about 700 million. So remain in 4g isn't bad in today's time.

Seems Samsung has used aggressive kernel scheduling & killing profile, which also takes the clock speed to too low in sleep mode such that when phone comes back from sleep it takes time to reach normal cpu clock cpu and everything is laggy during this time.

Although I am samsung hater, as my first phone was samsung y plus, still went for samsung for this time just because of security issue,as mi and other brands can't be trusted in this case,(previous phone mi,x4,z1). Also major players have exited from smartphone market so it leaves us with limited choice. Also in upper mid range iPhone seems a better alternative compared to samsung.

I was suffered alot by purchasing Galaxy F23 by seeing reviews in youtube. Battery draining issue in F23 5g. For every 5min 1% battery draining without internet connectivity. With 5000 mah battery you could hardly get 5hrs screen on time. I have approached Samsung service point for 3times within 1week period. Still no solution. I agree youtubers will do video based on their views and experience. It would be helpful to customers if you share how would be Samsung product durability, service support, os issues and motherboard issues . Samsung products are waste. Chinese products and local made products are 4times batter than samsung products. Please avoid usage of samsung products. Don't waste your hard earning money.

F23 is made in south korea and iq is chinese brand. In terms of security f23 is best I think.

Seems Samsung has used aggressive kernel scheduling & killing profile, which also takes the clock speed to too low in sleep mode such that when phone comes back from sleep it takes time to reach normal cpu clock cpu and everything is laggy during this time.
Any solution to this? Has it been sorted out in software updates or is it still the same?

Although I am samsung hater, as my first phone was samsung y plus, still went for samsung for this time just because of security issue,as mi and other brands can't be trusted in this case,(previous phone mi,x4,z1). Also major players have exited from smartphone market so it leaves us with limited choice.
Also in upper mid range iPhone seems a better alternative compared to samsung.

I was suffered alot by purchasing Galaxy F23 by seeing reviews in youtube. Battery draining issue in F23 5g. For every 5min 1% battery draining without internet connectivity. With 5000 mah battery you could hardly get 5hrs screen on time. I have approached Samsung service point for 3times within 1week period. Still no solution.
I agree youtubers will do video based on their views and experience.
It would be helpful to customers if you share how would be Samsung product durability, service support, os issues and motherboard issues . Samsung products are waste.
Chinese products and local made products are 4times batter than samsung products.
Please avoid usage of samsung products. Don't waste your hard earning money.
