LOL! It's bollocks! Algorithm punishes you for any changes you make on your account - just anything. If you for example used to post once a week and suddenly you start posting three times a week (which should give better results) your reach will plummet and even consistency won't repair it. Also the content quality doesn't matter. I've seen plenty of accounts with fantastic content that can't get more than 2000 followers and shitty accounts which have 10 000+ followers. All the advices of these self-proclaimed Instagram marketing specialists - they never work. It's total BS.
Some huge channels "faceless channels" literally just take other people's content often without permission then reupload them with a bad AI voiceover then get 100s of thousands of views
I have an account with 6k followers and average 10-17 views on my stories. Iv tried to use the stickers for engagement and even let my stories expire for 48-72 hours for the algorithm to reset. Nothing has worked. Would I be better starting a new page from scratch?
