    Your videos are so helpful thank you so much from a Hypermobile 26 year old who feels like she’s stuck in a 70 year olds body!!! Hopefully doing these exercises on your channel will help things get easier x

    Oh my god I love you. I have hypermobile joints, still waiting for an official diagnosis but I've been in so much pain I've been trying to move as little as possible all winter and now all my muscles are so weak. I had no idea how I was going to get moving again. Your channel has given me SO MUCH encouragement and hope. I wish I'd discovered this months ago. I'm going to try and do one of your videos every day. I had no idea my sore, broken body was capable of any type of exercise, but this is so empowering! I already feel like it's helping a bit with my pain and energy levels. Bless you for doing this for us.

    Thank you! I have hypermobility Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and have been struggling to get active. This helps me so much and I didn't get a huge aura of pain afterwards! Thank you again

    Perfect! I love the exercise I can easily do at home and strenghening legs without putting my weight on legs/feet ❤

    Thank you so much for these videos, they are so helpful. Do you happen to have any advice for foot pain and body misalignment caused by flat feet?
