- Doctor Andrew Michaels in a Time Loop Extended Play finger fluttering, tapping, and Reiki Hand Movements. The gloves are a hard rubber and make lots of squeek noises, so if you don't like that, I'm sorry, but I do have many people who request and love those sounds. Lots of ear to ear movement, and calm sounds to help you drift off to sleep. This is definitely my attempt to make a long play sleep aid video to get you the rest you need.

I came upon this video two months ago thinking this must be another one of those sorry attempts at ASMR that don't work. But man was I proved wrong. This is one of my all time favourite collections. I'll keep coming back to this again and again. This is the only visual trigger which hit me.
I've made several versions with this trigger, including the "Matrix" one in the video description.
