And sure you can argue potential, but YOU are assuming that the scouts even really want him. It’s possible he wouldn’t get picked anyways.
That’s why you can’t argue from a point of “potential” you have to compare apples to apples. The kid literally has NOTHING, as where the adult, again, has an established life already going.
