I love this channel because if you didn't know any better you'd swear that Foreigner, Whitney Houston, Village People, Stevie Wonder was one super group.

In a world where "mashup" ususually mean "I ripped vocals of one 4/4 song and mindlessly pasted them onto another one and ocasionally it lines up", I feel stuff like this video doesnt get enough respect.

Ok! So far, this one is my favorite but only because of the surprise nuggets of goodness from Whitney & the Village People! Definitely adds sprinkles and a cherry on top of the already tasty musical treats you served up! I LOVE YOUR MASHUPS!
All you need is two or more songs in the same key, same tempo, and BAM! Bill McClintock genius work.

Great stuff!!! With the state of music today that is so void of anything real or of substance it is refreshing to listen to your amazing labor of love. I am a former DJ from back in the day so being able to hear what you do inspires me to start spinning again. I have a million things in my head but no outlet since computers now rule the world. Many of times I thought about trying mashups but something always talks me out of it but your music is bringing me steps closer to just doing it. Thanks for what you do!!!
Gary Zeeks thank you for the kind words. Never really thought of this way but I guess I’m taking old music and making it new. There is absolutely nothing in the pop/rock genres of new music today that does anything for me. Love the classics.
Music is nothing but manufactured dribble that hurts your soul when you try to listen. The cool thing about what you do, and do better than most is take the classics and put the neatest twist on them and it makes music lovers like me wanting more. I am a child of the 80's and when I heard your stuff I was hooked. My first exposure to your channel was the Sabbath/Who mashup which was genius. I remember finding it at work and was blown off the planet. So, what do you use to make these masterpieces if you don't mind me asking? Also, how much trial and error did you go through to get to where you are at? BTW: I share all your stuff on my FACEBOOK and get a lot of likes and response I hit Subscribe last week so I know you have something new. Until then I listen to your stuff on repeat. . Keep up the great work and have a blessed week.
Gary Zeeks the software I use is GarageBand, melodyne, the amazing slowdowner, and iMovie. Sometimes there is a lot of trial and error involved. I’ve tried many combinations of songs that I think are gonna be awesome but end up sounding crappy. I’ve learned that if a combo isn’t working, there really isn’t any editing you can do to make it work. It either works or it doesn’t. My goal is always to find two songs that work together with minimal editing. That way, both sides sound natural and it doesn’t sound contrived. Thank you for sharing my stuff! Glad you like it!
