The Psychedelic Furs are a British new wave band founded in London in February 1977. Led by singer Richard Butler and his brother Tim Butler on bass guitar, the Psychedelic Furs were one of the many acts spawned from the British post-punk scene. Their music went through several phases, from an initially austere art rock sound, to later touching on new wave and hard rock. - เพลง

As much as I enjoy this , I prefer to watch the original as I knew it in my youth all those years ago . Some bands I want them to remain young in my mind . The 80s , the best years of music !
I’m with u on this one - this live version wasn’t very good - much prefer the OG video with them playing in the water - such a classic video

Saw them yesterday in L.A. his voice just keeps on getting better. The band is tight with the sax player. Best of all the 80’s band that performed.

One of the best bands ever, and easily best band of the 80s, England or the US. Of course best 80s band could only be English. Only Pixies (maybe a few others) come to mind from the US. (EDIT added later: also Hüsker Dü.)

Voice is great with the base but the guitar just ain't hitting like it should without John on guitar.
