This was an excellent tutorial video, I was experiencing constant paper jam, then after watching how to clean the various compartments, I found an almond seed when I turned over the printer to clean the 2 rolls in the paper tray area, so this is what was causing the jam and the printer is now back to normal. Thanks James
Thank you so much! Our WF-3530’s rear feed has been used and abused printing literally thousands of sugar sheets, and by following your video I have it back in working condition ready for more high calorie print jobs lol.
Great video! I was about to trash my Epson 3520 (maybe give it the Office Space treatment!) and it turns out that all I had to do was clean the rollers! I barely saw any dirt or residue on the paper towel I used, but apparently it was enough to keep it from grabbing the paper. Very clear, methodical troubleshooting video.
At about 7:26 in your very helpful video, you show how the long thin black foam strip can get dislodged and how to coax it back in. While clearing a paper jam, this piece came completely out. I don't know how to put it in place in its entirety, or even what direction it goes (there are "tabs" on one long side) or which way is up/down. Can you offer some guidance? Thank you
