Actually, Kappei Yamaguchi ISN'T Japanese-American...he's just Japanese. And, he is in fact, Bugs Bunny's voice for the Japanese dub of Looney Tunes (Look it up!). Besides, as both an otaku and an animation history enthusiast, I know that cartoons can be dubbed even YEARS after their release. Although, with today's technological advances, and especially with anime, the dubbed version can be released simultaneously with the original version. Pretty cool, huh? 😊
