I could imagine sprinkling some toasteds sesame seed over it. I think it would work great with the sesame oil that's already in the sauce. Other than that (for the moment): ULTIMATE! Thanks a lot!

Can you use frozen prawns or defrost them first??
In the recipe he blanches them first, so if you blanch frozen raw prawns then they'll defrost

I would use unsalted since you already have lots of salt in the soy sauce.
