This seems like one of the the best sub-$30 21700 flashlights. Do you know of any others?

The Sofirn C8L is also a good - excellent general thrower that floods well. Def not a pencil beam at all. A bit longer with a much bigger head so not as EDC as this TD04. However the biggie plus is its regulated driver that sustains high out for almost the entire time til V sag. Even turbo can be had for 5mins in the summer & til Vsag in winter. Its my goto for fast bike & EUC night rides. & its also ~$30ish as well. For me, big lumens is meaningless if it cant be sustained

Nice light. Not quite sub$30 but I got a TS25 from the Wurkkos site sub $35 and it's a jewel. It's a the big brother of the stellar little T10. The TS11 is fantastic.
