Compression Wrap a Knee to Reduce Swelling After Knee Surgery

In this video, I am using a simple elastic compression bandage to compression wrap a knee following total knee replacement surgery. The knee is excessively swollen and will move better (improve range of motion) if the compression wrap moves some of that fluid out of the joint space.
This should only be done by a licensed physical therapist/occupational therapist/lymphedema speciality, or someone taught how to do it by a licensed therapist.

I watch your videos and just want to say thank you for you great delivery of information, techniques and I have benefitted from your advice, I had one knee replaced in Sept 22 and now having my second done in February 23 it is maybe a bit earlier than expected but the progress on the first knee halted when the other knee gave out and I damaged it more. Again thanks 🙂
