Being able to do just one full pull-up is really good already! That means that you've already got the correct form and streght that you can build on.

Love the enthusiasm, you should not expect to be able to always go up every day. A big part of getting stronger is giving the body a chance to rest and regrow muscle fibers that you are breaking down when you train to failure. You might consider alternating your bench press days and your pull up days so you can get your workout in while still resting muscles..

Totally doable, and yes, very reasonable, too. The consistency is helpful, and I wonder if I should at least alternate grips on the pull ups at least. But you're right, I do need to think of something.

Great advice. Muscle growth happens equally under stress and under rest. 50/50

Make sure you warm up! Look into some scapular pull-up videos on TH-cam
Also don’t forgot at least two rest days a week, you can jog on those days or just do a 15 min walk

Are you concentrating on your back? Looks like the strain is falling on your shoulders and elbows. Try a wider grip to better engage upper back and lats

@@jahmanborneo1343 thanks for the call out. I actually am concentrating on my arms. I'll refocus.

I've been thinking about doing something like that! I need legs and probably also core, too.
