David Littleproud calls for ‘sensible energy mix’ involving nuclear power

Nationals leader David Littleproud says Australia should not have “all its energy eggs in one basket”.
News Corp polling suggests 60 per cent of respondents are in favour of nuclear energy when asked if they believe nuclear power has a place in Australia's future energy mix.
“We need to have a sensible energy mix,” Mr Littleproud said.

My rellies live in Germany - they were happy to tell me the radiation pollution would also reach Australia. - WEIRD PSYCHOLOGY ?

The simple question is, do you want an energy source that gives 24/7 power and has a small footprint on our environment, or do you want renewables that won't give you a guaranteed 24/7 power and is destroying our landscape, oceans and farming land and requires a huge footprint in comparison.
