Tyler, I went through a tough divorce along with the death of a parent 3 years ago. Universal and most of Orlando became my happy places again in the end. Your videos were a big escape for me at the time and encouraged me to travel to Orlando as I had when I was a kid. I have even taken my baby sister a couple of times. Your vids are must watch for updates any time I fly down. Healing takes time, but keep it up! I've got a big high-five and hello for you if I ever see you in the parks!
Tyler, the last place I visited with my son before he died was Universal. The last ride was Bilge Rat Barge. Entering the parks again took me a year. I still can't can't ride Bill Rat Barge yet. You will learn to do this one minute, one day, one week, one month at a time. My heart aches for you.

I feel like the story of paging mr morrow is a good one to draw inspiration from. When his wife left him years ago when his channel was much smaller, he felt like he was over for taking a hiatus from youtube. When he returned, he found his own style and his own voice and is now doing better than ever before. You can do this.

When my husband passed in 2011 my daughter and I found the parks to be the place that made us smile and feel like everyone else. She was 4 and now 17 she is looking at colleges in FL. I pulled this up as soon as i got the notification, working or not, i had to. It brought tears to my eyes, just hitting all the feels. I don't know how much it means coming from somebody on the "outside," but im so proud of you for pushing forward and making that decision to use this as a catalyst for growth versus despair which is a massove step. Remember so many started watching the channel when you didn't know anything/have a plan other than your love of the parks. You look back on those now and cringe, but they got you here, and many of us still appreciate them. I understand fighting/wanting to hide the awkwardness as i do it too, but remember that while you shouldnt feel uncomfortable with what your putting out, moments you've let it not be filtered/edited away have been some of our favorites.

I pulled this up as soon as i got the notification, working or not, i had to. It brought tears to my eyes, just hitting all the feels.
I don't know how much it means coming from somebody on the "outside," but im so proud of you for pushing forward and making that decision to use this as a catalyst for growth versus despair which is a massove step.
Remember so many started watching the channel when you didn't know anything/have a plan other than your love of the parks. You look back on those now and cringe, but they got you here, and many of us still appreciate them.
I understand fighting/wanting to hide the awkwardness as i do it too, but remember that while you shouldnt feel uncomfortable with what your putting out, moments you've let it not be filtered/edited away have been some of our favorites.

So sorry, for what you are going through and big respect for carrying on. As for your awkwardness, as a Brit, I love it! Your deadpan delivery is superb! It's incredibly rare a TH-cam review can make you chuckle. We have looked at countless universal/SeaWorld reviews ect and they are so boring! Keep doing what you are doing brother, you are genuinely helping a family from almost the other side of the world plan a once in a lifetime trip. Stay strong.
