Universal Orlando does not allow filming on any of their rides, so this is just a walking tour of the park. This was filmed before DreamWorks Land opened to the public.

As someone who visited the parks in the late 90's/2000's, it feels like it lacks so much heart now. 😢 Harry Potter definitely done well, but man.

I’m so confused so does island of adventure have diagon alley ?

Diagon Alley is in Universal Studios, while Islands of Adventure has Hogsmeade.
You can get from one to the other with the 9 3/4 train if you have a park to park ticket, but the wait for that is really long.
