    15 minutes of the best advice ever! I've listened 3x and am sharing this talk by Mike Young with as many people as possible. MaM is not only about one's personal quality of life. It is also about setting an example for those who share our life. And even better, when a person is fit, it changes their perspective, personality and goals in life. My life is absolutely a testament to the message that Mike so brilliantly passes along to us.

    All animals, from the smallest to the biggest, including birds, stretch when they awaken. This releases the build up of lactose from their muscles, which accumulates overnight, from the inactivity of sleep and that's the same lactose that Paramedics are afraid of at 'crushing' accidents, that has the potential to kill. The majority of digestion is done in the mouth, through chewing and saliva, so you see our teeth must be taken good care of. Thankyou Dr Mike Young, your presentation here inspired me to action, when you said; "Seek out excuses to move, rather than excuses not to".

    Absolutely fantastic! I know this is so true. I simply and almost immediately feel better as soon as I move and seriously Exercise!!
