I'll tell you about it. Harald has been visiting the poorest parts of India. I won't say, that these people are bad. However, since these people are very poor, I've heard a few cases where people have been mugged. I usually don't go to such areas, whenever I have visited a place like this, I've found people staring at me. I think, it'll be better if he has a local guy with him.
Don't go to such places alone. I'm not saying the people there are bad. But there are good chances that you could be teased or taken for a ride and no one might come to help you. That's not true just for foreigners but for locals too if the person looks like belonging to "upper class". Someone could have stopped that daru guy but no one did. Indians are too soft to stop guys like him harassing others. I'm not saying it never happens but it's rare.
I don't want to ruin your experience but Indian restaurants abroad don't provide taste and experience of authentic Indian cuisine. But that shouldn't stop you at all

During those nine days we keep ganesh statue in each and every street and worship it . last day we take that statue and dip in a pond or river near with that celebrations are over. For that reason they are making that statue . It is generally madeup of plaster of paris and now Indian govt. banned it and asked them to prepare with mud as it pollutes the water .this year it is on 2-09-2019

I'll tell you about it. Harald has been visiting the poorest parts of India. I won't say, that these people are bad. However, since these people are very poor, I've heard a few cases where people have been mugged. I usually don't go to such areas, whenever I have visited a place like this, I've found people staring at me. I think, it'll be better if he has a local guy with him.

Don't go to such places alone. I'm not saying the people there are bad. But there are good chances that you could be teased or taken for a ride and no one might come to help you. That's not true just for foreigners but for locals too if the person looks like belonging to "upper class". Someone could have stopped that daru guy but no one did. Indians are too soft to stop guys like him harassing others. I'm not saying it never happens but it's rare.

Harald, I have noticed that there are many english words used in India, but the speakers do not know them as english words. We think of words like jungle, and bungalow as being english, but actually those are Hindi words that have worked their way into the english language.
