Angelina Jordan es una excepcional joven cantante nacida en Oslo, Noruega. A los 7 años de edad participó en el concurso de TV Norske Talenter 2014, que tiene similar formato a America Got Talent o su similar británico ganando todas las etapas del concurso hasta la gran final.
Lo que ha destacado a Angelina es su decisión de participar cantando canciones del género Jazz y blues al estilo de las celebridades como Billie Holliday, Nina Simone o Ella Fitzgerald, Frank Sinatra y Jay Hawkins. Angelina sorprendió al jurado y al público por su profunda y a la vez melodiosa voz.
Este video esta hecho en base a varios videos actualmente públicos en TH-cam y acredito el origen de cada video a quienes originalmente los subieron a youtube.com.
Mi única intención es ponerlos a disposición de los millones de hispano-hablantes en America, España y otros paises en el mundo que son amantes y fans de Angelina.
Por esta razon me he dado el trabajo de subtitular todas las canciones y las partes mas relevantes de los comentarios.
La pista de audio de algunos videos han sido re-mastered para mejorar la calidad y algunos videos se ha incrementado la definición (resolución).

Para quienes no saben la historia de por qué actúa descalza: Cuando tenía 6 años viajando con su familia por un país asiático conoció a una niña de la calle más o menos de su edad, que iba descalza y con algunas lastimaduras en los pies por esa causa. Ella le regaló sus propios zapatos, conversaron brevemente sobre lo que quería ser cada una en el futuro. La niña quería ser médica pero dijo que por su situación eso era completamente imposible, Angelina le dijo que no renunciara a sus sueños y le contó que ella quería ser cantante. La niña le dijo que lo iba a lograr y que ella (o porque ella) iba a rogar cada día de su vida por Angelina. Desde entonces, a los 6 años, ella se prometió que subiría al escenario descalza mientras haya en el mundo un niño sin calzado.

when she was 7, her mom standing on the side of the stage ( in tears ) Someone like this young lady only comes a long about one time every 100 years. ON AGT simon didn't say "amazing audition" he said "amazing performance" because he knew this girl was not auditioning
Angelina Jordan a diferencia del resto de los niños, es que cambió su voz a muy temprana edad. A los 8-9 años, ya estaba cambiando su voz, y a los 10, ya tiene una voz de una joven adulta. Otra cosa que la diferencia del resto, es que tiene la voz ronca, y cuando canta, tiende a poner una voz raspada, muy atractiva y nocturna, ideal para el jazz.
Cuando tenía 7 y 8 años, sin duda cantaba espectacular, pero seguía teniendo voz de niña, pero ya a los 9-10 años, su voz madura, y solo ha ido mejorando con el tiempo. Asombra que Angelina tenga solo 1 años de edad, no solo por su voz, sino por su físico, es una chica muy alta, y a leguas se nota que es más madura que el 90% de las adolescentes de su edad.

Her English diction, her phrasing and articulation are amazing in more ways than one: it is not her language, וt is a difficult song, it is more difficult to express the feelings ...she is precise, she knows what she is singing...her singing is superlative. I hope no one tempt her to become one more popular star.
She has a mix of influencies from her parents ( japanese, swedish, iranian)
You can tell by her mouth when singing with AGT, her mouth is not forming the words correctly. For some songs, she may not know what she is saying although she can speak conversational English. The biggest error was Elton John's, "Yellow Brick Road"...'back to the horny back *TOAD* instead Jordan says, 'tow or toe'. I asked my friend who speaks fluent English from Algeria and been in the U.S. for over 40 years. I asked him, "What is a Toad?"...he said he never heard of the word and did not know what was a 'Toad.' There are Asian singer singing songs from Whitney Houston, Michael Jackson, Elvis Presley, Karen Carpenter, etc. They pronounce the words very well, but word for word have no idea what they are saying. You listen to a song enough times, you can do the diction in a foreign language with no problems with feeling.
