Something strikes me about Angelina, which is possibly unique of any singer I've seen: when she sings without music is makes it BETTER. Her voice is so supernaturally bloody gifted that music actually detracts from it.
It seems every so many years we get to witness a very unique sultry voice. We've had Billie Holiday, Nina Simone. Amy Winehouse, now we have Angelina Jordan.

I think of how she does covers as a selective overlay as in Photoshop. Another way is she sings her version of a cover. When she deems it she is singing then she dips down in Jung’s Collective Unconscious and adopts, adds another voice. She never disrespects the original artists.
Everything about her is gorgeous !! When God was handing out voices, Angelina was at the front of the line. She has the most beautiful eyes and hair i ever saw. So much confidence. What a Godly talent. She won this show hands down. Bless her soul !!!!
Once every 100 years a specific singer is born, i really think think that jazz will be re invented, and liked again. Remember she was just 7 , see her today, just listen and the tears will come. Thank you Angelina for your music 💖🎶
Definitely rare though. You have to have like a specific set of genes and also be lucky enough to be born in a family that will support you and have you study music at such an early age to also be able to like live and breathe singing.

Her “Summertime” is so sultry, you’d think a 40 year old, experienced singer, was singing her heart out. George Gershwin would be proud and totally blown away. Her second performance when she does Sinatra's I'm a Fool to want you Just shows you everything. Everyone in that room was completely memorized and some were in tears. Not a single world needed to be spoken. Usually when seeing someone this young singing with this kind of talent I'll say something along the lines of just wait until she's older and has more experience with her singing and learns how to use her voice she'll be amazing but with Angelina I don't have to say that because at 8 years old she seems to have somehow mastered the technique of jazz singing the way to sing certain words shaping your mouth differently almost singing through your nose for that Louis Armstrong effect she can somehow breathe without pausing she literally seems to sing the entire song on one breath and I can't figure it out even the great ones you will occasionally hear taking a breath mid song I'm telling you I truly believe that Angelina could take the theme song to Sesame Street Jazz it up and make everybody in a room cry
