- Amazing! 8 year old Angelina Jordan, winner of Norway`s Got Talent 2014, performs Dinah Washingtons "What a Difference a Day Made" on the opening show of TV 2 singalong summer hit "Allsang på grensen" on Thursday June 3rd 2014.
The song was written in Spanish by María Grever, a Mexican songwriter, in 1934. Originally, the song was known as "Cuando vuelva a tu lado" ("When I Return to Your Side"). The song is also known in English as "What a Diff'rence a Day Makes", as popularized by Dinah Washington.
The English lyrics were written by Stanley Adams, and was played by Harry Roy & his Orchestra. It was published in late 1934. The most successful early recording, in 1934, was by the Dorsey Brothers. (ref Wikipedia)

How is it possible? HOW?? A young child should not be able to sing like this with such wisdom and emotion. Even with a touch of nostalgia. Never mind the perfect pitch, vibrato, timing etc.
Judy Garland was like that. Her voice was amazing !!!

I am 82 yrs.old, and a huge Billy Holiday fan for many years. I have heard many renditions of her songs. I am so overwhelmed by this child, words escape me, wonderful!
I too am 82. We didn’t get to this age by being stupid. I am color blind but saw in color when I was 19 and saw and heard Eric Dolphy. In the beginning god created jazz. OOOoooMMMmmm.

Long overdue to leave a comment. This was the first video I watched by Angelina Jordan while surfing around TH-cam one night. Angelina and her music has changed my life for the better. Bless her.
My first was her Gloomy Sunday on NGT, but this one is my all time favorite young Angelina video. This is the best rendition of this song I have ever heard. I've enjoyed this video hundreds of times and this song is on my Angelina playlist.

4000 years ago people would think our advances where impossible and there would be no proof we could go into space etc. God exists beyond the span of humanity.
