Ya. Those bumpers were killing me too . And that front end was hideous. I’m sick of everybody ruining Subarus with bootleg ass parts. I bet that thing is NA too. 😩😩😩😂😂
It's not even just that, there's other things that could have been fixed on the car that require no money. When he installed the wide body panels, could have properly trimmed and lined it up. The GDB front lip, could have trimmed it to better fit the GC RS front bumper. Could have pulled the fuel door outward to be flush with the panel. Could have adjusted the trunk so it properly sits down. Could have pulled the side molding off the doors and filled in the holes. I mean, it's pretty obviously this car is built just for looks, even though he's still rocking rear drums. As for the bumper parts, it's not extremely rare to get. Lots of places make the widebody kits for the GCs. It's not overly expensive. If anything, the front RS front bumper that he slapped on costs as much. If he were to think it's expensive, it's cause he wasted money on other trinkets, instead of saving up for a complete widebody. His CF vents, scoop, rear window spoiler, hella horns, rep wing, light retro kit, fog lights, jdm tail lights, WRX seats, etc would net you a complete widebody kit from Aeroluxe. Gotta prioritize the mods.

Man I miss my GC8🥺!!!! Some drunk woman hit my car in the middle of the day, try to get away and end up in a school property head on to a tree. But now I have a Hawkeye, I love it😊💥💯
Love some of the time stamp music. really goes good with the video. Wonder why he didnt do the fuel door the right way? and the front and rear bumpers?
@@crazydavefournier8816 we have the impreza WRX sti coupe gc8 in Australia but are skyrocketing in price about 120k+ AUD. Id rather have affordable non turbo body and do an sti motor swap in. Much more affordable
@@brenndoloco Probably still be cheaper to pay to have it engineered to be road legal than to purchase the STI coupe that are road legal in Oz. Well, US is starting to get them WRX and STIs imported in, but going to be out of people's price range or they won't be able to get loan for it. I know my bank won't give a loan for 10+ year old cars. You'd have to get a signature loan, which have stupid high interest rates. Luckily, I already own a 1.8L N/A coupe, Ver 6 STI, and Gravel Express. The GEX is importable to the states now, but the Ver 6 isn't. May cut in half to swap into the coupe. Unless I find a wrecked car, I can yank the wiring and interior parts out of.
Iam attempting my focus rs right now for the first time, it’s really fun and not as hard as i thought😂 maybe my mind will change when i get to the bumper’s ive done the hood and front fender and 2 door’s my friend is doing the other side, he knows what he is doing and does it for a living so it’s nice to have help, but ur videos have helped alot as well, but to the people that are thinking about wrapping your cars do it, just buy some extra wrap just in case! Tons of videos on youtube for help!
Been watching your vids for a little bit here and there just got my first car and wanna wrap my car aside from the wrap what else do I have to buy and do I only need 60 feet
Don't self tap widebody kits either rivet it which looks almost as half assed and ugly, get a rivnut gun so you use bolts which looks alot cleaner and complete, or go all out like I did and actually mold it to the body.
@@AndrewB23 oh okay yea I wanna mold it someday as well. The only reason I wanted to use self tappers is because I'm not sure on what color I want to paint my car yet so it would be temporary. Wouldn't self tappers help me find the right spot to put the holes.? I've never done rivets either but sounds interesting
@@AndrewB23 It is not half ass and a lot of people use self tapping screws or rivnuts to keep the kit modular in case of damage. Much easier to remove the panels and repair especially when wrapped and not painted.
Should have gone with a carbon fiber wrap for the hood because of the carbon fiber scoops and piano black wrap on the roof and wrapped the door handles also to hide them. Other than that, excellent color choice. Goes great with the head lights and fog lights. Night and day transformation. Great job! 👏
Lol, im going widebody on my 08 Legacy 3.0r Limited build. But it is a much better kit, following the form very nicely, and it will be installed better. Its black carbon fiber, on a black car, so it will be ghost carbon fender kit.
Hey Paradox. I'm looking to buy a wrap from your website. I was just wondering if 1 roll of wrap is enough for 2 cars? Or just 1? I'm looking to do my 2017 Toyota Camry
The wrap looks great…but man…I’m just NOT a fan of these “bolt on” wide body pieces that seem to be such a trend now…there are so many gaps and uneven body lines etc it just really loses something for me…but hey…the car scene has always been about “to each their own” 🤷🏻♂️
They are meant to be panels for race applications so being able to remove and repair/replace is the reason they are bolted on. Make it even easier when the car is wrapped to replace or repair also,
"MY MAN..... What's your name again?!"
killed it.
fanfuckingtastic!
💀💀😂😂😂😂
Good job with the wrap. Too bad the customer didn't fix all the cosmetic flaws first or even get the matching wide body bumpers.

just add some custom fitted canards on the front and rear that should do the trick

It’s the bumpers if they match up wit the wide body it would look different

Wow, awesome job, looks amazing. Love that colour. Great work Paradox 😎👍
This guy with the hideaway front plate. classic
What’s more amazing than his wrapping skills is not knocking those other rolls over. I would be able to do either.
I have a gf8 which is the wagon version and god I love it lol

haven't seen your vids in awhile. this car brought me back. miss my gc coupe.

When he says “I didn’t do the door handle cause it matches with the trim “ her really meant he didn’t do it bc it’s so annoying and complicated lmao
Those handles really aren’t that tough to do. The wrap doesn’t stick all that well to that rough plastic anyway.
Black wouldn’t been so much better. As you can tell the difference where the wrap on black looks a little off white.
