I got to try this keyboard at Best Buy yesterday. I realized that I don’t like the key caps on the G915 as much as I like the feel of this one. I’m hoping they release a black version of this keyboard soon. Great review by the way.

I got mine with broen tactile switches and i LOVE it. The dupe foam pad cost more than the actual rest, but tight now theyre out of stock if anyone wants to buy the rest accessory separately.

the dupe comes in different colors and could be the reason for the price difference but im glad you love it! its such a nice keyboard :D

@InnocentTulip the dupe does has more variety. The only thing that I'm not 100% in love with is that it's got a round pattern instead, but it's super cute.

hi!! thanks for the extensive sound test! I was wondering if you still use this keyboard? If so do you find your microphone picks it up when gaming & streaming? I'm trying to find a keyboard that's quiet enough that it wont be heard when streaming and playing games. :) thx

i do still use it and i love it! it picks up a bit while gaming and streaming but that is also because I type pretty aggressively xD. If you use the correct filters on your microphone and play music in the background of your streams then you should be fine! it also depends on your mic and what switches you choose.
You can check one of my recent twitch vods on valorant for a good example. My vods don’t play music for dmca reasons so if you want to hear it with music you would have to stop by while i’m live. my twitch is innocenttulipp (:

Hi have you experienced issues with the lighting effect where it defaults to the rainbow effect after 1 minute of idle time? TIA

there is a setting in the G HUB called “inactivity lighting effect”. adjust the options to your liking or disable it and that should fix it :)
