@@SusanandEric I'd say Nasi Lemak is our flagship dish. But other dishes worth a shot are: Curry Laksa, Char Kuay Teow, Curry Puffs. We're pretty big on drinks: Teh Tarik is a huge staple.
As a Tunisian i can tell you that your Ejja isn't the original recipe sorry to say that. That's def not a Tunisian food and we don't eat Ejja for breakfast. Our breakfast is usually sweet. Some people may like to eat spicy stuff in the morning but that's not the tradition and if we eat Ejja in the morning we eat it with a fresh baguette bread. The one you made is more like a Pakistani or Afghani bread.
