Thanks for this. I did a fine nine day tour with Sawa seven months ago and enjoyed it immensely. It was very nice to reminisce about it through your video.

Nadine; I still don't know exactly where Tunisia is!! I followed your IG awhile back when you were posting stories, and now the vlog; still no clear description of where on the map. Or did I miss something? ... As a host in an area where the majority of the vacation rentals and activities are owned by foreigners, and white foreigners at that- I appreciate you taking rentals and tours owned by the people who actually live in the communities and have had family there for years. And that people keep up good standards. In my area, the struggle to promote local is made nearly impossible because of the trash and low standards of living in my community. Blessings from The Bahamas.

      Hey Sherelle!
Tunisia is in North Africa! East of Morocco, south of Sicily!
And yes, you are so right, it’s hard to make sure that you’re connecting to locals and not investors… My goal is to connect with locals as much as possible!!!

Tunisia is located at the highest point in Africa. It is a Mediterranean country and is very close to the island of Sicily.

@@travelingblackwomen Hey Nadine; I'm adding to this rather than respond directly to a comment (from someone a bit rude). Yes, I could've Googled where Tunisia is. I could've gone on TH-cam and watched videos of it. The point I was trying to make (which I don't think you took offense to), was that you are a travel blogger/vlogger, so your videos should clearly include WHERE the location is; especially as you're introducing places that are less known. Someone watching your videos shouldn't have to go and Google where it is. Although you explained in the video how you got to Tunisia- I meant it to be a TEACHING MOMENT FOR YOU so your videos can be better. That's all. BTW, another person responded even before you did, with a very helpful answer, which I appreciated.

@@SherelleWallaceHi there. I deleted his response so no further response about him was necessary. I appreciate your feedback, however I do have a reel on TikTok and IG where I describe the location. Please don’t allow an ignorant response by someone else encourage you to feel like I’m the one that needs more information about your intentions. When it comes to social media, no response is often the best response. Your intended recipient (me) understood your question immediately and responded first. That’s all that matters 😉
